I absolutely loved my stay at Tia’s airbnb. The apartment was clean, tidy, well-stocked with essentials (and more), and located in the cutest UES neighborhood. The amenities in her apartment are not typical for other new york apartments, including a large kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, AC, etc. There are very accessible subway stops and bus stop nearby as well, with tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The location felt very safe during my entire stay. It quickly felt like home to me. Tia is also such a lovely host, even letting me check in hours in advance because my flight got in early. Can’t say enough good things about her and her apartment. Will definitely rebook the next time I’m in New York!

Apartment located 10 minutes from Metro C (Rockaway Av) Easy access to Manhattan, Dumbo and Williamsburg The apartment is very spacious, very bright, welcoming and air-conditioned if necessary. The kitchen is very well equipped I would highly recommend Finally Mickael was very nice and accommodating and always with a smile 😀

Giovanni is an amazing host — very accommodating, considerate and thoughtful. The space is small but has everything you need with plenty of activities to help the time pass. There was no lack of power strips to stay connected and charge devices. Is a bit far from the 7 train unfortunately, there is a bus system that is close by if the walk is too much. He recommended plenty of good restaurants, just ask! Thank you Giovanni y familia for an amazing stay.

Loved Kevin’s place definitely recommend best spot I have stayed in a while literally has everything you need even a bar and the prices are great!

Great place, great location. Despite it being off of a busy street the apartment is peaceful and with very little noise. There is beautiful view to the backyard. I recommend this place and would stay again!

Lourdes was an incredibly warm and welcoming host. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel at home with her kindness and attentiveness. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Her hospitality truly made the stay special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The apartment was very clean. The furniture was comfy and the place looked newly renovated. Everything was great. The only downfall was that the walls were super thin. Voices traveled from one end to the other, upstairs and downstairs.

This stay was fantastic! A few people and I went to the Governor’s Ball music festival, and Leidi’s place was the perfect setting to host us! It was close to the Floral Park LIRR station, and was in a very safe and private neighborhood. The listing was very accurate to what the stay was like, and we felt very at home. Would recommend highly!

What a place to stay! If you’re looking to book somewhere full of exquisite furniture, immaculate vibes and a very comfortable bed, we can’t recommend this place enough - we already can’t wait to come back! The accommodation was absolutely great! beautiful, clean and with a beautiful garden. The owners were very helpful and always helped us with everything. The location is amazing, only a few minutes from the bus that goes to Manhattan. We will definitely recommend the accommodation and we will be happy to come back! Thank you

I enjoyed this unit. It was quiet & peaceful so I could get my work done. It was very close & walkable to several restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, stores, train station and everything I needed. I would definitely book it again.

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

The apartment was wonderful, super cozy, comfortable, and in a perfect location. We had an amazing time! The host was incredibly kind and helpful. We asked a lot of questions, and he answered every single one with patience and care. This is truly a great example of how to treat guests. This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

Roma was very sweet and welcoming showed us where everything was. We even got to meet beautiful grandchildren. The space was very beautiful and glad it offered parking. This will definitely be saved as s favorite for future bookings

From start to finish this was a brilliant experience. Flat is amazing so well equipped. All the appliances seemed brand new and of very high quality. there is a corner store deli at end of the block. A park a couple of blocks away. . Whilst it is not super close to any single metro it is walking distance to quite a few different lines which makes sightseeing and exploring super easy. We had a couple of really warm days so it was fantastic to have the lovely private deck for breakfast or a drink in the evening . This was one of the best Airbnbs ive been in. Cubyson and team were so kind and accomodating . if you are thinking about this one just do it....clean ...safe ..well equiped and great location. the games room with a big fridge and kitchenette was a perfect hang out space . We were a family group of 6 adults....2 couples and 2 singles so this was perfect.

Celebrated my 1 year anniversary here and it was lovely! The decorations were beautiful and I absolutely loved our custom wine bottle! Thank you so much Shaquannah for everything! 😊❤️✨

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!
