Holiday rentals with a patio in Forest

Such a greet host! All we needed was there! The place is roomy, clean and has everything, kitchen, including entertainment! The host is responsive, communicates well from the beginning when we booked the place and they lay out clear expectations which is nice. I will book the place again if we travel in Lynchburg next time! Thank you William and Jessica!

This place is perfectly located close to downtown and also to the hospital. It had a lovely deck with wonderful sunset view, great place to enjoy the evening. The bed was comfy and the place was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Bobby was an excellent host, very responsive and great to work with. I will definitely stay at his place again.

Our family's stay at Anna and Zac's listing was incredible! We have a 2yo and a 4yo and they felt right at home. the space was a perfect home away from home and we definitely used the kitchen after grocery shopping and to cook. We liked taking strolls through the neighborhood and across the street as well as downtown. plenty of coffee shops and my husband and I had a lovely dinner at Truss for our anniversary. 10/10 would recommend!

If you ever get a chance to stay here in Lynchburg, please do! Beth and Terry’s place made us feel completely at home. It was immaculately clean, had all the comforts of home, and showed how much care through all the very well thought out details. It is very spacious, very well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom with anything you can think of, very nice amenities, detailed instructions and helpful tips on the surrounding restaurants. We were here for a very short time but it was an extremely pleasant experience!

This is a beautiful home and wonderful location! We stayed for my sister’s graduation. We were welcomed with water bottles, snacks and a lovely home feel. Because of graduation, we didn’t get to hang out as long as we would have, but it was wonderful to see the playground outside the back porch in the distance, have wonderful food in walking distance and the beautiful art alley. Owners were receptive and very friendly. I would love to come back when I have more time to explore.

A very artistic and eclectic space with ample room to manage your life away from home. The location was was very convenient for my needs and would seek out this space to stay at again. Highly recommend this place with an attentive and excellent host.

Ideal space and location for family attending a memorial service in the area. The property was very clean and spacious providing comfort for our family. The location is very close to restaurants, coffee shops and other amenities and located in close proximity to major thoroughfares in the Lynchburg area making travel easy. The owner did a great of communicating providing clear directions. Would definitely stay here again when back in Lynchburg. Highly recommend!

We stayed there so visit my kid who attends Liberty University. A perfect location. Close to the school and the great places to eat. A lovely backyard to sit and enjoy. Would stay again!

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb inside someone’s home and had a great stay! Abigail and her family are great hosts. I loved the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.

The back deck makes this house worth every penny. The house is great, big bedrooms, comfy beds and everything’s clean. About 30 mins to Roanoke and 40 mins to Lynchburg. A short 10 min drive or less to Smith Mountain Lake. Definitely recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay at this AirBNB! Keep in mind, you are staying in someone's home. The beds were comfortable, and the shower nice and hot with good water pressure! The location was absolutely perfect! My son's apartment was only 5 minutes away, and Liberty University was less than 15 minutes away. There's a great bagel place within walking distance! Near to downtown Lynchburg, with lots to do there. I must commend the host on being super responsive to my messages. she was so very gracious to let us pay for an extra night at the last minute, as I had made a mistake with my original booking. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here!

This was a perfect location in the historic area of Lynchburg. We loved the beautiful view and being able to walk to nearby restaurants.

Micheal’s place is fantastic. Very spacious well decorated lots of amenities love the view. Michael is very responsive. And proactive. This is second time I’ve stayed at one of Micheal’s places they just keep getting better thank you to Michael and your wife for a beautiful place to stay as to come visit our daughter at liberty love the area. The restaurants also enjoy going for walks in the neighborhood. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much for all you do to make our stay amazing. We appreciate you both.

This was a great place to stay for our first time visiting SML! Beautiful views and very comfortable. Only 10 min drive to the grocery store, which is good for this area.

Michael was great! He was very communicative during our stay, and when the Keurig stopped working he was there within 30 mins to bring us a new one. They also left us little goodies for being first time guests. The decorations inside were beautiful, and the beds were super comfortable. We would definitely stay with Micheal again in the future!

I just spent a long weekend at Patty’s condo with a group of girlfriends from high school. Our experience from beginning to end was exceptional. The condo is absolutely beautiful and was plenty roomy for our group of six. This was my first visit to Smith Mountain Lake - the area is beautiful, and the lake views from the condo are amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. There is not one single thing I would change about the condo or the location. Patty was extremely responsive and eager to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved the location and atmosphere of this space. Will continue to be our go to place to stay when in VA! Super clean and welcoming!

Most places we've been to are as described which is great. THIS PLACE WAS BETTER THAN DESCRIBED! From beautiful views to comfortable furniture in such a spacious condo we absolutely loved it and will be back regularly!
