This atypical house from the 1500s, we wanted it, transformed it, but while keeping its authenticity with its half-timbered facade, the red tiles in the staircase, the ceiling height on the top floor… But we also thought it out and created it so that you would like it too. In Lyons-la-Forêt, a small haven of peace nestled in the heart of the largest forest massif in Normandy. We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
