Cette finca se compose d'une pièce commune dessinée par un architecte décorateur ainsi que la cuisine. il y a 4 chambres avec douche, dont 3 avec sanitaires,( plus un sanitaire indépendant ). Toutes les chambres sont climatisées. Sur l'avant de la maison une pergola avec une superbe vue sur la mer et la campagne d'où il est agréable de déjeuner. Pour changer d'ambiance, un coin repas est prévu dans le patio ou dans la pièce commune.
