Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

Cozy little cottage beautifully located near the Varamon beach in Motala. The cottage is newly built and is only 100 m from the beautiful sandy beach. Nice decking around the cottage and possibility to barbecue. Parking space is included right outside. Bed linen and towels are not included but may be rented for a fee, 100sek/person. If you have more cars, you can park on the street for a fee. 15 minute walk to Linköping city. Bus stop just around the corner. A cottage in the middle of the forest near Högsjö

The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.

Den lilla vita gäststugan på vår villatomt är 25 kvm stor och innehåller de flesta bekvämligheter du behöver för några få nätter. Utanför finner du en liten ostörd uteplats med hallonlandet som granne och med utsikt över hela trädgården. Lugnt område nära till Svartån. I byn finns även Kaptensbostaden som erbjuder slagauktioner och har egen inredningsbutik med begränsade öppettider.

Bil rekommenderas, närmaste buss ligger 7 km bort.

Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av den lilla stugans trevliga läge i ett kulturlandskap som passar olika åldrar. Stugan är på tomten där även vi bor. Passar ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).
