In the small cottage, you will live comfortably with a dishwasher, comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. From the small patio you have a view of the horse pasture and meadow. On the property, there are various animals. Depending on the time, it is possible to book an appointment to interact with the animals for a fee. Enjoy the spectacle of all the migratory birds that usually live in the meadows around our farm. Swimming area is a bit away and it is about 2.7 miles to a slightly larger city, Karlstad. Shops are also located in the neighboring villages about 5 km away by car or bus. Welcome!

Under den kalla årstiden finns oftast möjlighet till vinterbad direkt från den egna bryggan, pimpelfiske och skridskoåkning

Studion har sovalkov, kök, soffhörna och fräscht badrum. Egen uteplats med grill - perfekt för sommarkvällar. 🌿 Trampbåt och paddleboard finns att låna om du vill ge dig ut på sjön. Busshållplats precis utanför huset. Som granne ligger ett surdegsbageri där du kan förbeställa nybakat bröd och ibland ordnas populära pizzakvällar. 🍕

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.

A quarter of an hour from Karlstad is our guest house overlooking sheep pastures and Lake Alstern. With socializing in front of the fireplace or on the terrace in the evening sun, the holiday gets a lovely golden edge. It is a perfect starting point for those who like to be out in nature or want to visit Karlstad. We have many great tips to share for those who wish. In the nearby lake Gapern, we have a sauna raft that can be rented at the same time upon request.
