You can reach the thermal spa Erding in about 10 minutes, the Riem trade fair in 20 minutes, as well as Munich Airport. It is 10 minutes to the A 94. (Entrance/exit Markt Schwaben) The nearest S-Bahn stops are 5 minutes away by car (St. Koloman or Ottenhofen).

Deshalb verwenden wir eine Bio trenn-kompsting Toilette die direkt an das Abluftsystem angeschlossen ist. Für frische Luft sorgt eine kontrollierte Wohnraumlüftung mit Wärmerückgewinnunung.
