Good location easy to get around, quiet neighborhood.

I would like to say Michal was by far the best host. He was super sweet and helpful throughout my stay. The place was wonderful and perfect for me and my family. We will definitely book this property again if we ever need a place to stay in Winston.

Lovely, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean home. It suited our family's needs perfectly, with everything we required—and more. Just a 6-minute drive to Wake Forest, which was ideal for us. The host was fantastic—very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this place!

Back Porch was my favorite spot in the morning, birdsong and coffee. practically a bird sanctuary. well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Living areas spacious and comfortable. Bedrooms clean and comfortable.

I stayed at Kumi’s place for one night on my way back from a seminar with my working cadaver dog. After a week of working, it was just the relaxing space we needed! I wish we’d had time to stop for more than just a night, I will absolutely be visiting again when it’s warm enough for the pool to be open. The hot tub was delightful for my sore muscles and the shower was super nice. The plants were such a nice surprise and made me feel at home. Kumi was an excellent host and K9 Duke gives her place 4 paws up

I’m also an air bnb host and I can honestly say this gem was better than I expected! It offered tons of amenities and was VERY well kept! The bedrooms were cute and comfortable, the pristine kitchen had tons of amenities, the snack welcome basket was a nice surprise touch. I’d definitely stay here every-time I visit Winston.

This is the best place to stay. Great hosts, great communication, great space, and great value. I would definitely stay here again, if ever in the area.

My husband and I stayed at Patricia's Airbnb for just over three weeks while he was getting treatment at Wake Forest. It was perfect; clean, well-equipped, convenient, with a lovely fenced yard for our dog. The home was stocked with pretty much everything we needed -- from batteries, duct tape, first aid kit, dog poop bags, a blender. When I needed something, I just looked in the most logical place, and there it was! While I never met Patricia in person, she was always responsive, pleasant, and helpful. She sets the standard for how an Airbnb should be run. We were both very impressed. Thank you, Patricia!

We were in town for a graduation at Wake Forest and this was a great location for us with just a short drive to campus, restaurants and family members. The home was exactly as described and very comfortable for our family of four. The Stuart and Emma Thomas Memorial Trail is only 1 mile away with beautiful trails through peaceful rolling pastures right in the middle of the city.

The condo was spotless with good coffee next door and yummy bagel sandwiches across the street. If you’re a walker, many casual restaurants and a Trader Joe’s easily accessible by foot or by car. We only ate breakfasts in but appreciated the many glasses and silverware. Quiet area and friendly neighbors.

This was my second stay at this place and it's a perfect place for parents of Wake Forest students - convenient drive to campus but walkable to all the cool stuff in downtown. Far superior to any hotel I ever stayed in in that town - and I tried a lot of them over my son's 4 years!

Stunning place. Good location and host has brilliant with help and respond on any questions I had. Place were very clean and tidy and beds are very comfortable. It was a lovely place, clean and quiet. I did not like that we didn’t have full access to everything and the front desk seemed not to know we were renting. Other than that I would highly recommend it. Place is clean, looks like pictures and close to a lot of stuff.

This place was cozy and absolutely perfect for our needs! It was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was beautifully designed and fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook a meal. The bathroom was clean and well-kept. Overall, a lovely stay — we’d definitely come back!

Great place for two. Very clean with a sizable bedroom. The host left snacks and there are two decent restaurants in walking distance. If I ever go back to Winston-Salem this will be the first option to check. Thanks for a great stay!

I enjoyed my stay. It was close to the hospital I was working at and near shopping plazas and restaurants. Carolyn was amazing. She checked on me during the snow storm and was always available whenever I reached out. I look forward to booking again in the near future.

I would put this Airbnb at the top of my list for locations I’d definitely stay at again. The condo was PRISTINE and has been very well cared for. Even things like baseboards, ceiling fans were free of dust. Those are the places that reveal how well a property is truly maintained and they get an A++ ! I echo the comments of many other reviewers that this was a much better choice than any hotel. Yes, it’s a walk to the 3rd floor, but the stair well is very wide, indoors and carpeted. So it was a very easy, pleasant and stable climb. I felt very safe going to the 3rd floor alone. I don’t have a single critique. If you are thinking of booking, do it! 😉

Great location! 5 minutes from RJ Reynolds Auditorium. In the middle of everything, but very peaceful. Comfortable bed and free of clutter! Host is very responsive & helpful! We will 100% rent again next year m!

I stayed at this great location about a year ago and being able to return was great. Hawi remembered me and made sure I had everything I needed. It made me immediately feel at home to return. The space is clutter free, spacious, and clean. It was only me this trip, but there was plenty of space for others without tripping on anyone. The location is close to main roads, but set back far enough that it's quiet and calm - both things I really needed on this trip. Groceries, shopping, restaurants, and other shops are within walking distance or a short drive and medical centers are not far if that is why you were visiting. Parking is right outside the building and there was always space. This unit is on the second floor, so I had to remind myself not to try and carry everything up the stairs at the same time, but making 2 trips to the car was perfect. I hope this rental is available when I return again. Thanks for a great stay.
