Beautiful house off the parkway in newer quiet neighborhood. 55+ community. At least one person 55+and no one under 21 unless prior approval. Gorgeous mountain views from front and back of the home. Enjoy entertaining in the private courtyard or relaxing in the hot tub. Walking trail behind home leads to clubhouse & pool (unheated). Brand new outdoor kitchen.
