Holiday rentals with lake access in Fort Myers

Olya’s home is wonderful. It was very clean, well decorated, and smelled great. It’s centrally located and in close distance to many of the beautiful Florida beaches. The home was full of everything we needed for our stay. The family had a blast kayaking the canal, fishing and swimming in the pool. It had plenty of room for all 8 of us. We enjoyed our family vacation and would love to stay at Olya’s again in the future!

Host was super nice, and he accommodated an early check in for our group! He responded fast and with clear messages. The house itself was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures! Will definitely stay here again!

5 star review from Ohio! We loved Lorraine’s home! Besides the big things we were looking for, pool for the kids, canal for fishing, Lorraine made her home so inviting and comfortable for our stay! The home was clean, style and decor is beautiful, comfortable bedding, TV’s in every room, best shower I’ve ever had! We will most definetly recommend to others and would love to come back! Not only is the house amazing the surroundings are so peaceful. It’s everything pictured plus more. Gretel herself was a very responsive host was flexible with early check-in and then unfortunately our flight out was delayed and she accommodated that as well. She is one of the best host I’ve had the pleasures of dealing with thus far on our journeys.! The master bedroom door is a sliding pocket door and it was off the hinge. I emailed her immediately and she responded with. She can get somebody out that day to fix it. We did not need it fixed, but that’s how quickly she would have acted upon that service if we needed it it was just the two of us in this gorgeous amazing house so it was nothing that needed to be fixed immediately! We will be back!

Our family absolutely loves Trent's place. This was our second year in a row that we stayed here and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. The home is very spacious and the layout works perfectly for our family giving each of us our privacy. The pool and view are spectacular. When it comes to a host, Trent is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. He truly wants his guests to have the best stay and that shows with his attention to detail and his quick response time. We can't wait to come back next year.

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Arthur’s space was exactly as described perfect location close to all amenities. I would certainly stay with him again.

My very first Airbnb and I'm sure it will set the standard for any future ones that I use. Super convenient location, plenty of parking, right on the canal so you see the dolphins and the manatees at any given point. I met Lori in person and she helped me with everything that I needed and was super kind. I spent a week kayaking the island and there are so many places to go that you don't have to leave the island once you get there.

Place is very quaint...right on the water. Couldn't get any closer to the water! We had the place all to our selves which was a bonus. The only thing is right now there is road construction directly in front of the cottage so you can't walk to anywhere. The town has started to rebuild after the hurricane but you can see the devastation. Once the town rebuilds, this place will be fabulous. In the meantime, we are grateful Lisa has rebuilt her place and that we could stay there in very short notice. Thank you Lisa.

The space and especially the outside area overlooking the lake is absolutely beautiful. The check in/out process was a breeze and the host is very communicative and helpful. No complaints! I would definitely stay here again!

This property is unique. Great location at end of cul-de-sac makes it easy to locate and is private. Right on a canal with wide view of the river, easy access. Kayaks ready to go. Bring your boat. Restaurant/store within walking distance with GREAT pizza and sandwiches, beer, pop, etc. Excellent location to parks, lot's of parks, bike park, walking parks, Manatee park. Accommodations are just down right comfortable. Everything you need. Bed is very comfortable. Storage for your stuff so you aren't cluttering the living space. Host is as good as they get. Great communication, friendly, accommodating. You will not be disappointed with this property. Have stayed more than once because of these things and more.

We had not been to the area since 2018. Sad to see the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, but they’re making progress all along the beach. Traffic on the South end of the island was much lighter than previous stay just North of Lover’s Key. Our stay on the top floor was very nice & we’d definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the pool & found the people in the building to be friendly. Really liked the access to very clean gas grills near the pool area. Our unit was clean & had all we needed during our stay including a beautiful view from the balcony. Great place to relax.

Olivia is an AMAZING host! She was very easy to get ahold of and communicate with and was extremely accommodating. The location of this stay is beautiful - right on a pond with exciting wildlife - birds, turtles, etc. and walking distance to the beach. Clean, nicely updated. No complaints whatsoever!

We had two families and we both enjoyed our stay! The house was very accommodating for both our families with kids. We all enjoyed the salt water pool and patio. The information binder provided gave clear instructions for our stay and provided many recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. Stu and Cathy were very helpful and even personally check on us during our stay!

This home and stay was absolute perfection. From the super clean and GORGEOUS entry to the phenomenal view and heated pool, this place felt like a home away from home with a little slice of paradise. Everything about this place was amazing and we would stay here a million times over. Couldn’t think of a better place to lend a relaxing and yet still perfectly fun vacation!

Friendly owners, private location and a clean place to stay. All you could really ask for. If ever in Fort Meyers again, I would certainly look to come here first.
