This was an amazing stay for us. The home was just as described. Actually better! Hot tub that was attached to heated pool was perfect. The pool powder room was a great detail. All the bedrooms were perfect. A bathroom attached to each of them was key. A great holiday break for our family. Thank you.

Darlene’s place was wonderful. She is a very respectful and responsive host. My husband and I drove 13 hours overnight and she offered early check in for us, which we were incredibly thankful for. Darlene provided the necessary beach equipment that you would need to enjoy a relaxing day. The binder they have of the house information is super helpful, all the way down to local restaurant recommendations.

Thank you for a fantastic stay! We loved the great location—so convenient between the beach and downtown. The accommodations were comfortable and relaxing, with a great layout and spacious common area. The well-stocked kitchen and beach/pool items were a wonderful touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated everything and would definitely stay again in the future!

Tom and Rachael’s beautiful home is a must-stay! Our family enjoyed our Cape Coral visit! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and fishing in the canal in the back yard. Going to the beach was a breeze with the provided chairs, coolers, etc. Pictures don’t give this home enough credit, the back patio is very serene and a great place for visitors of all ages to enjoy. Tom and Rachael were great and responsive hosts and provided a great experience that we’d recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Susan and Marcus were incredible hosts! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, and incredibly clean. Our check in process was very accommodating, and we loved all the special touches they added, such as music playing when we arrived and a homemade coaster to take home. We would come back and stay again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend this property and these hosts :)

We had a relaxing stay. Our 2 dogs loved the screened in area around the pool. We all spent most of our time out there relaxing, grilling and eating at the outdoor table. The sound of the waterfall in the pool and local birds was really peaceful. The pool is a really nice size and there were nice pool toys.

We visited for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. The house was just what we expected in the communication was extremely quick! Great location and very spacious for a group vacation! The hosts also went above and beyond when planning for our trip, they ended up ordering a crockpot and volleyball to be there upon our delivery! Highly recommend!

The peaceful neighborhood and stunning views made it feel like a true getaway. Our son had a blast fishing off the dock, while we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The host was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the fish weren’t biting, but that’s nature! Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this home to others.

Ours was a 3 generation family vacation. Our choice was excellent for our needs. (from the Grandgifts to Grandma and Papa. Felt safe. Clean and comfortable surroundings. The patio area was above and beyond! We do intend to return God willing. Thank You David and Crew! One Happy Grandma! Diane

Stayed here with my family and everyone loved it which is alot saying from my family! The home is spacious and luxurious! The best host ever and makes you feel on vacation! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! This is the go to place for a calm vacation with the family!

I almost want this to stay a hidden gem so it's always available for me.. This was my top three vacations!! They literally thought of EVERYTHING! We never wanted to leave the house!! I travel a lot mostly hotel stays but lots of BNB’s this was #1 it has to be experienced!!

This was one of our favorite houses we have stayed at on vacation. The house was amazing, and the pool, hot tub and patio were perfect. The house facing west provided beautiful sunsets! The house is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, everything you want on vacation. I would highly recommend staying here as we will be staying there again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and do whatever they wanted. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat together for meals, which is a big deal for our family. The house had everything we needed! The host was quick and very responsive if we had any questions. We had a wonderful stay! The home and pool are beautiful and very clean and modern. The kitchen is stocked and I love how they keep the cooking spices and oils from previous guests. We cook at home a lot so that was very much appreciated. We do not have a single negative thing to say about this home. Absolutely gorgeous and can’t wait to bring our parents back with us the next time we come to Cape Coral. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

Beautiful home and very convenient to the Cape Carol area and east access to Ft. Myers area as well. Andreas home is a very nice, plenty of space for a large group and well appointed. We used the heated pool and the spa and it’s very easy to manage the heating of both. We had the good fortune to get a visit by manatees off the dock in the back which was a special treat. Great communication by both Andreas and Anya, very responsive. Thank you!

Wow! Our second stay at Annalena's place was just as amazing as the first! It truly feels like our home away from home. The home shines with cleanliness and brightness. The surroundings are simply stunning! Whether we were enjoying morning coffee on the dock or watching gorgeous sunsets at night, the beauty of the property never failed to impress. A refreshing dip on a hot day or a relaxing float under the sun, the pool added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. We're already planning our next visit because we just can't get enough! His attentiveness and communication made our stay even more enjoyable.

Plus, we were just a short drive from some of the best restaurants in the area, allowing us to indulge in delicious meals. My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at Stephanie’s place! The apartment was spotless and wonderfully cleaned prior to our arrival. This home is perfect for families or for a romantic getaway. The secluded pool and hot tub were highlights!

House was very comfy! Had everything we needed and some! Very clean. Pool was fun. Pictures are exactly of what the house looks like! Would stay again 😊

Beautifully furnished home on the canal with all the necessities and then some. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place, but if you have children be aware there isn't a baby lock for the doors to the pool, which there are 3 of them.
