Beachfront holiday rentals in Fort Walton Beach

This is a beautiful home! A really fabulous find on Airbnb! It’s obvious that Kevin and Jennifer have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great experience and it was! From the incredible welcome guide, with everything we needed to know, bikes, and exercise equipment in the garage. It’s part of a lovely safe neighborhood right on the beach, with just a short two minute walk to the sand. Everything we needed was provided, with plenty of bathroom amenities and even cooking items. The coffee was delicious and the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing, and enjoyed so many long walks on the beach and around town. It is a super local area, with amazing dining options. It is rare to find hosts as helpful and thoughtful as Jennifer and Kevin. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home for your next stay! It far exceeded our previous experience in the same neighborhood in another home.

These are some of the best hosts we have ever had! From the moment we arrived with a tire issue, Steve was immediately friendly and helpful with multiple local repair shops to try and suit our needs. In the following days he had lots of local restaurants, dive locations and dog park recs. Their place has all the necessities you'd need on your vacation. The kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast, and prepare leftovers any day we needed. All other rooms were stocked, clean and well kept. The dogs loved to fetch n cool off in the Sound on their frequent swims. Lush foliage was a surprise as it contributed to wildlife, birds and shady temps! It is definitely the place to privately slow down, sit back an watch the sun rise on the dock as boats travel by slow and unbusily. Topping it all off was the spacious porch/yard with water hose. It spoiled us as we are usually unable to fully rinse and dry out all of our dive gear before returning home. Come and visit their oasis, you won't regret it!!

I loved the home however parking wasn’t the best if you had multiple cars but we got through that situation. I wished I had more time there so I could really enjoy what that area offered. I had my mom 75th birthday party there and it was a perfect fit. Lenora is wonderful and if something was wrong she sent out the handyman the next day. I give the experience 5/5 stars. You will not be disappointed. By the way the view in the morning and at night was amazing. Also I want to Thank the neighbor as he was wonderful for putting up with us. I told him if we were to loud to inform us but he didn’t say a word. If I had to do it again, I definitely would and on a smaller scale because I loved the view.

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

We loved our time at manor by the bay we enjoyed the amenities and the outdoor areas the guest house was perfect for us with the water views and our boat safely on the dock!

It was a great stay! We felt safe at this location. David and Kristin were very responsive. The only downside is that being on the first floor you can’t see the ocean from the back porch because of the natural dunes. However, the beach is just steps away!

We’ve stayed at this house 3 times and we absolutely love it! It’s a beautiful, clean home with plenty of space for a family of 4 and 2 dogs. Our kids love the community pool and walking a short distance to the private community beach and public beach access. We can’t wait to come back to Navarre and stay here again!

I have stayed at a lot of airbnb’s. This was by far one of my top stays. Beautiful condo. Clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Great location with a beautiful view. Host was very helpful and very responsive. Will stay again when back in the area! 10/10 would recommend.

Air bnb was well stocked a s host provided really helpful information prior to check in. The unit was clean and matched the photos online. We had a blast!

We had a wonderful time staying here! The view of the ocean was amazing, it was easy to get to the beach, and the pool was great. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The place was just like the pictures and very clean. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Had the Santa Rosa sound beach to myself a great deal of the time. It’s just a lovely place. The only thing I will say is if you’re older or have small children the steps going into the house are very steep. That was the only thing that was a negative. Otherwise so great!

My husband and I had a great time in Destin and this unit was perfect for what we needed! We loved that the balcony gets shade most of the day so we could sit out there and not be burning up. We loved how many restaurants and activities there were to do around the area. Very communicative and checked in on us when we arrived. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful homebase for our family (2 adults and 2 kids). Clean, comfortable, well-stocked kitchen/bathroom, and beautiful views. Great location on the beach with covered parking. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Short drive to Destin beaches. The provided beach towels, boogie boards, puzzles, and shampoo/conditioner were a plus and the kids loved the bunk beds. Prompt communication from Sam and easy to follow check-in/out instructions. Would stay again.

We visited with our two young children, and I was so pleased we did. The condo is right on the beach, which is beautiful. It came with an umbrella and two beach chairs, which were already set up! There was a great station for cleaning off the sand once we were done, and let us go directly to the pool. We loved it. The unit itself has a stunning view of the beach and the rooms are quiet and the kitchen and laundry was very easy to use. Take note: the kids bunk room does not have a closing door - just two swinging doors, so they can hear what is going on in the main area - but it is tucked away and our kids were so tired by the play, it wouldn’t have mattered. I would absolutely stay here again.

Kurt and Tara’s place was exactly as described. It is absolutely beautiful, has a view of the ocean and a nice size balcony. The dishwasher is the quietest one I have ever seen, and we made great use of the Keurig coffee pot! There were even some pods left there. My favorite detail about the condo was the huge shower!! It’s a studio, but the living room area is separated from the bed, so it really feels like the bed is in its own room. You will not regret staying here. The hosts were extremely responsive and timely to all of our questions. There was only one slight drawback, the unit is on the end and close to the busy road, but we wore our earbuds and it wasn’t a problem at all. We would 100% stay there again!

When traveling with 3 young boys adventure always awaits us parents. We had a long drive in and Julie was very accommodating to our arrival and check out times. When we arrived we found a beautiful condo with all the extras needed. The kitchen was stocked with all that is needed to prepare meals. Plus a wagon to help get all the goodies to the beach. Julie’s communication throughout it all was beyond 5 star. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. After a bad host experience at our last Air BnB in New Mexico, Julie made me have faith again. I will definitely be staying at her place again. Thank you so much Julie from the bottom of my heart.

We had the BEST time while staying here! We had our 8, 6 and 4 year old and it was perfect for them! The beach toys and chairs were a great plus! Second year staying at the surf dweller and we will be back again next year! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and we loved the open floor concept. The balcony was large with plenty of furniture for our family of 5! We will most definitely be back to Dawns place! 🤍

Wonderful place for a family beach vacation! The kitchen is stocked well if you want to cook all or part of your meals. Full washer and dryer work well and are very handy with a kid and beach towels! Lovely to look out every day at the beach. Cheryl called maintenance immediately when we reported the hot tub was more like a warm tub. Maintenance was on it, and it was fixed promptly. Her recommendations for restaurants in the area were all excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Location, location, location. This unit at the Palms was an excellent location. Waking up each morning to the sound of waves was awesome and the beautiful views from the balcony. Having a private beach area to relax and of course having the 2 chairs and umbrella set up each day was an additional great benefit. The apartment was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed for a comfortable stay to include washer and dryer. The host was extremely friendly and very responsive, and we were able to coordinate arriving a few hours earlier. This is a great escape for anyone looking for a beachfront vacation.

Our stay at this condo was nothing short of feeling at home! The condo was clean, organized, and full of extras that made our beach trip very enjoyable. Prime location centrally located in the middle of many great beach spots. We were able to spend time on various beaches between Destin and Pensacola. Stacy was both proactive and responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. Highly recommend this cute little home away from home! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Don’t look anywhere else… book this place! Suzy is very kind and responsive to any questions we had. The condo is right on the beach, literally right by the boardwalk. We loved staying here with our young kiddos. Will definitely we back! Oh and very close to Stewby’s, our favorite restaurant for fresh seafood!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was such a great location being butted against Hurlburt Field. It was directly beside the restricted military beach, so there was absolutely no crowding of the beach. Noise was never an issue either! Her place was very nice and she provided us with all our beach needs! I would highly recommend this stay to anyone!
