Holiday rentals with a patio in Fort Washington

Great spot close to the airport an DC! The apartment was cozy and very well kept. A+, 5 stars all around!

This was my second stay at this Airbnb, and it was just as fantastic as the first—if not better! Returning felt like coming back to a peaceful little retreat. The space remains just as charming, clean, and thoughtfully put together, with every detail designed for comfort and ease. This time around, I was able to fully enjoy the private outdoor patio, and it truly elevated the experience. Whether sipping coffee in the crisp morning air or winding down with a cocktail in the evening, it quickly became my favorite spot to relax. The hosts continue to go above and beyond—warm, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making every stay exceptional. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Still highly recommend without hesitation!

Amy and her place were lovely for our family of 4. With two littles it worked very well and Amy even had toys for us- we also used her provided pack n play and some baby essentials. King Bed was extremely comfy, moderately firm. Shower was very nice. Cozy, comfy, had everything we needed. Amy was very responsive and helpful. We would gladly come back! Thanks Amy!!

I just had the most amazing stay here. It is in such an awesome location and the unit was absolutely gorgeous. Uche was an amazing host and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

I had a great stay here! I really loved that I was able to find a place that allowed me to travel with my dog! Great location, very close to everything in DC and great places in Arlington. 10/10 recommend!

Stayed at Erin’s place for a night and wish it was longer! The room is steps away from the restaurant I met with my friends at. It is situated near all that Del Ray and the rest of Alexandria has to offer. In addition, the bed was quite comfortable and the suite itself is quite luxurious.

I stayed in DC over 20 times in the past 20 years. I have to say Chris’s place was at the top of the list. I picked it because we were going to the Smithsonian zoo. Which was only a 8 minute walk to the Harvard walk in gate. The best restaurant within walking distance was ll Supremo Italian food. Very good for such a small place

Lena is a great host - she was very helpful with a last-minute travel issue. The apartment worked out well for us. Everything was modern, clean, and in great working condition. One thing that may matter to you - if you specifically want to be in or within walking distance of Old Town Alexandria, you're going to be about 15-20 minutes away by car. That said, the location is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, and a nice break from the DC area overall. Highly recommend.

Great location! Lots of stairs, so mindful of that if you have any seniors in your group. The beds were comfortable and clean. Walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants!

Jenn and Ricks place was amazing. A nice distance away from the clutter of the city, traffic wasn't awful, and so many different types of restaurants and shopping areas within a short 5-to-10-minute drive in any direction. The house is super peaceful, and each room offers its own style and feel which helps create a relaxing and stress-free environment. It honestly seems they've thought of everything, the amenities were outstanding, rooms were spacious, yards were immaculate, and kitchen had everything you could as for. All seven of us had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

This was our second year in a row visiting Julya’s place! Our family loved it so much last year we booked as soon as we could for this season. The house was just as beautiful as we remembered, the kids even said it felt like home the second day. All the thoughtful things included are so nice (blackout shades for the kids, all the kids kitchen stuff, extras for all usable items, beach items). And we love the location! Easy to get to activities, we very much enjoyed the marine museum, the Imaginarium, fishing on the shea-d-lady, and sailing with Sail Solomons. Island Hideway was huge hit with the whole family for dinner. The house is an easy walk to the beach and the view is so cool, feels like a beach treehouse. Will hopefully be back again next year (if not at the end of this season!) 😁 Thank you Julya!!

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful home! Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared, making us feel comfortable and welcome. This house is a great find - it has everything you need to feel right at home and the house and yard are beautiful. The house is extremely well appointed and well stocked. The common area furniture and beds are very comfortable. The gas fireplace was perfect for cool spring nights. The back yard porch was a great place to hang out with comfy furniture, 2 grills, sun umbrellas and a gas fire pit. I love to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed and more. Diana is one of THE BEST Airbnb or Vrbo hosts that we have ever had. She was very responsive, knowledgable, friendly and detail oriented. My wife left her glasses and she mailed them to us overnight. The location is excellent - the neighborhood is peaceful, but very close to the town center stores and activities. Falls Church has a small town feel but is close to all of the attractions of the Wash DC metro area. The house comfortably accommodated me, my wife, our son and grandparents; one-level living was great for grandparents.

This space was perfect for what I was looking for. Very easy to locate, extremely clean and the host was very responsive. Recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay. Would definitely rebook if I’m back in the area. Thank you again!

The venue, property and service made great memories. Our host went above and beyond to help and especially with a special request that only an exceptional person would do. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to another visit.

This place was clean, close to DC and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. We were a group of 5, so the fifth person had to sleep in the couch (not an issue for us), but keep that in mind if your group is the same size. The only thing we had problems with was the kitchen. There is a portable stove and mini oven to cook and no vent, so the fire alarm went off a couple times trying to cook pork chops haha. If you’re not planning to cook much, you’re good. Overall, I recommend this place. The price and location make it 100% worth it.

Celia’s place is one of those AirBnbs that just shine. It is a beautiful, private, comfortable and spacious apartment in a central but very quiet neighbourhood. And the hosts really have thought of everything. From coffee and milk through to gowns in the bedroom, it is a bit like staying in a five star hotel. Thanks so much for a great stay.

Me and my husband had a truly fantastic stay here at the Jewelbox. It is in a very sweet neighborhood that is the perfect walking distance from E-bikes, a park, multiple bus stops, a gas station, and convenience stores. Each one of the hosts on this stay made me feel incredibly comfortable to say if I needed ANYTHING!! They put effort into making it very easy to find where to park, and took previous feedback to make things even better than before. I seriously loved the stay here and WILL BE returning⭐️

We were just minutes away from the National Mall, museums, monuments, and great places to eat. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and a quiet, safe neighborhood made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC and would love to stay again!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again.
