Monthly Rentals in Fort York, Old Toronto

My family and i had a great time staying on King Street West, the apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from all the main attractions of downtown. The Apartment was clean, looked like the pictures and had plenty of spaces for it to be comfortable. Host was responsive and friendly, had no issues getting to the property or checking out. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Toronto. Awesome.

Taylor was a gracious host and super accommodating. Amazing location, would gladly stay at Taylors place when visiting Toronto, highly recommend!

Hi, first of all, I want to say about the owner. Damian showed all the attention and initiative for complete convenience and living in the housing. I have never met anyone like that. He was like a family member to us. The housing itself is simply impeccable. Clean, spacious, heated, everything is new, the neighbors are wonderful, the surroundings are clean, we lived for a month like in a fairy tale. I definitely recommend it. I felt like home. And I did not want to leave there. definitely worth the money!!!

Alexandra is a very kind hearted host, she always went out of her way to get solutions and was never impolite or harsh … I gave her some tough times during my stay but she came out strong and solved every challenge. She’s amazing and it was nice staying at her place for over 4 months
