Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Fountain Hills

This Airbnb was the perfect place to host a groups of 8 for a bachelorette trip! Great location about 25 mins from Old town Scottsdale. Lots of sleeping room, beautiful outside area!

We travel to Arizona every spring and this has been our favorite house we have stayed in. The views are incredible, kitchen supplies are plentiful, and the pool/backyard is so relaxing and offers so much entertainment as well. It’s very important to us the bed is comfortable and we were not disappointed. We loved how quiet the neighborhood and area were as well. Overall an amazing place to stay.

What a gem of a find in Fountain Hills! My wife and I plan to visit regularly and we will be booking way in advance. This home is the perfect home-away-from-home! Great pool too!

Beautiful home from the outside all the way to the inside. Very spacious and comfortable. The rooms were all perfect sizes, the kitchen was big and had a variety of dishes we could use.

Megan was a wonderful host. She allowed us to use her property for our baby shower, and all of our guests enjoyed the home. Stunning views and the perfect house for a medium gathering! Thank you Megan!

This home was very beautiful and had all the amenities we would need. The beds were extremely comfortable. I loved the sitting area in the kitchen to have my coffee in the morning. The outside was amazing, beautiful pool with lots of seating. Fountain Hills is an amazing place to visit. We’ve been there several times and love coming back. You can’t beat the Mountain views and the fountain itself. It’s very amazing. We’ll definitely be back.

Mia is a good host—an excellent communicator who clearly cares deeply about her guests’ comfort and experience. She is warm, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful, which made me feel very well taken care of. The apartment is simple, clean, and reasonably priced, located in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. I truly appreciated Mia’s kindness and attention throughout my brief booking. Highly recommend!

Super responsive host! It was very clear on where to park and how to enter using the video provided prior to check-in. Instructions for check-out were simple as well which I appreciated! Clean and very welcoming condo with beautiful, comfy and clean furniture. Beds were very comfy as well! Highly recommend. The pool was lovely as well for kids to play in ❤️

Madeline was a great host and responsive to any needs we may have had. We would definitely book here again on our next trip to PHX. The pool was definitely a plus in the heat as well. We had a great vacation.

Michaels place so nice! We didn’t even get to enjoy the back patio as our time there was short. But the place was really clean and spacious. We had to repack for our flight, and had plenty of space to spread out for that. The bed was comfortable. And Michael was very helpful on suggestions. We would stay again if in the area.

Very clean. I loved the feel of the place. Felt very comfortable. Walking distance to Walmart Neighbour Market which was great because I didn't have a car there. The neighbour hood felt safe for me, although I wouldn't go out walking in the night. (I'm just not comfortable walking in the dark in a neighbour hood that I'm not used to.) Sable communicated well. I stayed there for two weeks and it was so nice to have a nice kitchen and fridge for cooking. The bed, living room and bathroom were all nice. I feel like the owner is a very reliable person. It's great for solo traveller or a couple. Thank you for the nice place!

We stayed at this lovely condo for four nights, and we were 100% pleased with our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured and described with all the comforts of home. It was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and quiet. Was nice to see the different types of vegetation throughout the complex. Quick drive/Waymo to some great restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale. Rene was a very pleasant and responsive host! We would not hesitate to recommend.

This was a nice, basic accommodation. Nothing fancy but served our purposes. Clean and comfortable. The host was responsive, for example, when we noticed there weren't enough blankets, it was resolved very quickly. Comfortable beds and nice cold A/C. I would stay here again.

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

Our stay at Gabriel’s place was nothing short of fantastic. The thoughtfully designed space had all the essentials for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Located in a prime spot, it was within easy walking distance of great restaurants and fun activities. Gabriel and the team were incredibly responsive both before and throughout our stay, making the experience even more seamless. Their hospitality truly enhanced our time in Scottsdale. Highly recommend!
