This is a spacious modern home near the top of Black Mountain looking west. Nestled on the side of the mountain with a 40 store high view across the valley. Beautiful sunsets from the second floor deck or patio below. Kitchen is well appointed and modern. Everything works. Spacious bedrooms. Very quiet yet secluded. Nate was a great host.

What a gem of a find in Fountain Hills! My wife and I plan to visit regularly and we will be booking way in advance. This home is the perfect home-away-from-home! Great pool too!

Beautiful home from the outside all the way to the inside. Very spacious and comfortable. The rooms were all perfect sizes, the kitchen was big and had a variety of dishes we could use.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Fountain Hills. Pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the Mountians that could be seen driving near the home. Tammy's place was clean and had everything we needed. Loved using the pool and hot tub after a morning of hiking.

Wow wow wow! This home was beautiful!! I’m not even sure where to start. The second we walked in I knew we made such a great choice. We spent a lot of our days relaxing in the backyard and swimming in the most beautiful pool! We also ate in a lot and it was so easy to cook whatever we needed because we had all the amenities to do so. Watching the sunrise from the desert and mountains behind the home was just magnificent! If we ever find ourselves back in Arizona, we will definitely be staying here!

If you’re looking for the perfect vacation getaway while enjoying an incredible view- this is the place! We had the best time here! The house is spacious and has literally everything you could ever need. We will definitely stay here again.

Mia is a good host—an excellent communicator who clearly cares deeply about her guests’ comfort and experience. She is warm, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful, which made me feel very well taken care of. The apartment is simple, clean, and reasonably priced, located in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. I truly appreciated Mia’s kindness and attention throughout my brief booking. Highly recommend!

This stay was amazing. The location was great and accessible to downtown Scottsdale, phoenix, Tempe. The images are exactly what you see - if you’re working remotely this is a great space to work from. They have a desk and a monitor for your use. Parking is easy and you have a designated spot. The bed was also very comfortable. Definitely recommend

Super responsive host! It was very clear on where to park and how to enter using the video provided prior to check-in. Instructions for check-out were simple as well which I appreciated! Clean and very welcoming condo with beautiful, comfy and clean furniture. Beds were very comfy as well! Highly recommend. The pool was lovely as well for kids to play in ❤️

Very clean. I loved the feel of the place. Felt very comfortable. Walking distance to Walmart Neighbour Market which was great because I didn't have a car there. The neighbour hood felt safe for me, although I wouldn't go out walking in the night. (I'm just not comfortable walking in the dark in a neighbour hood that I'm not used to.) Sable communicated well. I stayed there for two weeks and it was so nice to have a nice kitchen and fridge for cooking. The bed, living room and bathroom were all nice. I feel like the owner is a very reliable person. It's great for solo traveller or a couple. Thank you for the nice place!

We had such a wonderful time at Jaclyn’s place. She was an incredible host. Even when we arrived earlier than expected to Scottsdale, she was super flexible with us. Luis was also awesome to meet. When our flight was unexpectedly delayed on our final day, Jaclyn worked with us to be able to check-out later. Such a life saver! Thank you!! The place was so comfy and exactly what we needed for our anniversary celebration. We particularly enjoyed how comfy the couches and bed was. The location was always really good. We walked to the mall a couple of times. We highly recommend Jaclyn’s place and would love to stay again next time we’re in Scottsdale.

We stayed in this place for about a week as a resting point during our roadtrip. It was super peaceful and clean. It had a very comfortable and welcoming feel and was a perfect place to relax in a great location in Scottsdale. It’s walking distance to a market and coffee and also very close to old town Scottsdale. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and was very flexible. Highly recommended.

This was a nice, basic accommodation. Nothing fancy but served our purposes. Clean and comfortable. The host was responsive, for example, when we noticed there weren't enough blankets, it was resolved very quickly. Comfortable beds and nice cold A/C. I would stay here again.

Tancy was wonderful to communicate with. Gave me updates on amenities changing before check in and was flexible with when we checked in since our flight was at a weird time. Great stay!

This space was clean and quiet. Our plans shifted before we got there and Trent was flexible for our check-in time and accommodated our other requests. Being able to do our laundry and cook sometimes was very convenient. I would stay here again.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was pretty quiet, easy to check in and check out, clear parking and general instructions, and we loved the access to the pool in the complex. Would recommend for 2-4 people since there’s one bedroom, a pull out couch, and I think a blow up mattress.

I use to live in Scottsdale and go back often. I love the location of this complex and have stayed in other units. This unit is my favorite- very comfortable bed/ I am 6’5 and 255 so I love a king bed and this one is awesome. The pool is fantastic- the location is walkable and grocery stores like sprouts is across the street, Starbucks, Zipps, Clancys Irish Pub, and a circle K across the street. I would absolutely book this place again and loved the stay. Thank you to the host for being so responsive and providing all the kitchen essentials I would need. Book with extreme confidence for a long stay- I was there 2 weeks. Single bed so great for single or a couple to get away.
