Parking is available on the street, with no extra cost or pass required. Enjoy your stay in Indy in this beautiful downtown home! Walk in to the living room with working fireplace, HD TV, and home office work space. The couch pulls out into a full size bed, and a miracle (air)bed is stored in the hall closet. Both are equipped with an abundance of cozy extras! Next find yourself in the open concept kitchen and dining area (seating for 6) to enjoy a meal at home or simply morning coffee. Through the kitchen you'll find yourself in the guest hall with a full bathroom (shower/tub combo) and queen bed with over-sized closet. Upstairs is the sun-filled master king bedroom with full bathroom (stand up shower) and closet. I will be as available as you need! I am happy to answer any questions you might have, recommend local restaurant favorites, etc. I want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible! Set in a historic downtown neighborhood, from here's it's only a mile to Lucas Oil Stadium, Bankers Life Fieldhouse, and the Indiana Convention Center. Stroll to numerous other attractions, together with award-winning restaurants and hip cafes. Downtown Indianapolis offers many great methods of transportation! Hop on a Lime or Bird scooter or take advantage of the many Pacers Bike Shares posted throughout the city. If you'd prefer to travel via car, then give a BlueIndy a shot! BlueIndy is Indy's electric vehicle share program - it's the perfect method to get to and from the airport! There is a BlueIndy station and Pacers Bike Share station right around the corner from the house. Additionally, there are plenty of Uber or Lyft drivers waiting for your call!

We are 1 mi or less to the Convention Center (1mi), Lucas Oil (1mi), Circle Center (1mi), Bankers Life (0.5mi), & Fountain Square (0.25mi)! We typically are at our main residence across the street so if you need anything lets us know.

The house has 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 ensuite. There is a lounge upstairs with a comfy leather futon for more sleeping room. Off that is a beautiful roof deck with gas BBQ, firepit and dining for 6+. Brad’s place was beautiful and well-appointed. Brad has thoughtfully included everything you could possibly need for your stay. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near shopping, to include a grocery store. Our family stayed here for the Indy 500 race, and it was a great location for traveling to the track quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here -- we wished we could have stayed longer. The retro vibes are definitely here -- it was fun to play the arcade cabinet (I haven't played Bubble Bobble in forever) and the board games. But it's also updated where you want it to be, like in the bathroom. The kitchen is well-stocked with lots of different coffee options, tea, cocoa, etc. Bedrooms are comfy. Close to everything we wanted to do in Indy.

Jackson and Paige are such wonderful hosts! The location was quiet and peaceful. Waking up and being able to drink your coffee looking out at the lake is a huge plus. They provided helpful guidance for events during the stay and tips on how to get to IMS during our trip. Would very happily stay again, thank you!

We all had a wonderful time at Christi's house. The place was beautiful clean and immaculate. It is a perfect setting for a large family gathering. The best part was that each of the bedrooms had their own private bathroom. The garden in the backyard was such a delight with rose bushes. The location was perfect, just 15 mins from the airport. Christi was very responsive in the months leading to the visit with various questions. Highly recommend booking this place for any future stays.

This place was very cute and exactly as described. The amenities and the space was perfect for my family of five, and we didn’t feel crowded at all. The only “issue” was the sounds from the downstairs guest which others have already mentioned but even then, it wasn’t severe enough to not give this place a 5 star review. We highly recommend this airbnb and host!

LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on! If you want to stay downtown, this is the perfect place. We walked everywhere! It was actually really quiet. The beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of space for 7 girls staying there. The place is much bigger than I expected! Loved it. Would stay again!
