Our listing fee is what it is-no separate "cleaning fee." We'll always leave you with homebaked goodies, & make sure there are farm fresh eggs in the fridge. Victory Reigns Ranch Horse Hotel and Bed and Breakfast boasts a beautiful ranch setting close to Deer Run Forest Preserve, Oak Ridge Forest Preserve and other equestrian trails. *Come with or without your horse. We also have an RV hookup if needed along with spacious trailer and RV parking. *If interested in horse boarding during your stay a 12 x 12 barn stall is $35 per night. Private pasture turn out available for $25 per horse per night. Trailer hook up is $35 per night per trailer.

The queen bed sleeps two while the couch in the main room is deep and can sleep another. Wifi and Roku enabled. Perfect little getaway!

Large well appointed two bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and private balcony. Apartment is located on the second floor right above the award winning West Allis Cheese & Sausage Shoppe. Each stay includes 4 breakfast sandwiches and house coffee vouchers for the cheese store cafe. The rental is centrally located minutes from Pettit National Ice Center, Milwaukee County Zoo, Wisconsin State Fair, and Brewers Stadium not to mention local restaurants.
