We offer a furnished convenient 1-bedroom apartment for 1-2 people south of the Thuringian Forest. Our apartment is very comfortable and also has underfloor heating and Wi-Fi. The room is suitable for relaxing, sleeping and working. It has a cozy couch for up to 2 people. The kitchen has a rustic flair with a small table and two chairs. To the bathroom belongs a new shower, sink and a toilet. In the summer-time you can also use the terrace to enjoy the sun just outside of the apartement. In summer, you can explore countless trails in the Thuringian Forest. Unwind and enjoy in surrounding traditional pubs with traditional Thuringian and Franconian cuisine. In winter, there are many cross-country ski and skating trails. You can practice your winter sports actively or just take a relaxing walk in fresh and crispy winter air. For Cross-country skiers there is a variety of difficulties available, from simple to challenging trails. For skiers and snowboarders nearby slopes also rank from simple to challenging. At ski arena Silbersattel in Steinach, only 15 minutes drive from us, you can get the kick out of winter sports, even if you are just beginner. The area further offers the residence of Coburg (Bavaria), the Upper Main-Therme Bad Staffelstein (Bavaria) and the Meiningen Theater which are all worth a visit. Since we live next door to the apartment and are very familiar with the area, we also give you information about outdoor activities and other attractions in the area. Relax in the stylish and quiet house on the edge of the forest in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, not far from the Rennsteig (2 km away). House is modern and fully furnished with living room including fireplace, sofa, table, TV. The kitchen-living room with induction stove, dishwasher and washing machine is located on the first floor. It is also worth having breakfast/grilling on the terrace with magnificent views in good weather. Bedroom (1.60 m bed), sofa as well as workstation (fast Wi-Fi) and view.

Schlafgast ) Für gesellige Abende mit Freunden, Kollegen oder Familie stehen ein Billardtisch, eine Musikanlage und eine gemütliche Bar bereit. Der 39 Grad warme Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar und inclusive. Die Nutzung der Fasssauna ist zubuchbar . Die Whirlpool Badewanne im SZ funktioniert leider nicht.

Es ist eine gemütliche und saubere ALM- Hütte mit Ecken und Kanten. Wir haben viele Gäste, die es wertschätzen, ihren Hund mitbringen zu dürfen. Deshalb nennen wir es auch HUNDEPARADIES. Von der Terrasse aus habt ihr einen fantastischen Blick in die Natur und könnt die Seele baumeln lassen.

Das kleine Bad wurde im Januar 2026 modernisiert. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten. Einen großen Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett. Ein Schnarcherzimmer, auch gerne als Teeniezimmer genutzt, kann auf Anfrage mit eingerichtet werden. Das Zimmer hat ein Einzelbett.
