Arnold Place was an exceptional stay! The location was quiet, serene, and exactly as described. The apartment was comfortable, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Our host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made sure we had everything for a smooth stay. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Eatern Kentucky university or the area. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience Arnold! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

we stayed at the blue house for a music festival and it was amazing just how it was pictured and there was a train like it says in the description but it didn’t bother me i am a heavy sleeper but it never woke me up once i loved the fire pit and the fenced in backyard for our dog! 10/10 i will be staying there again if we go back!

We enjoyed our stay, and I would stay here again. It was clean, and the appliances were all very nice. I would point out that the driveway is very steep, and a few of the steps are steep as well. Be mindful of that if you are traveling with anyone with mobility issues. It is a good a value, and I would stay here again if ever in Lexington.

Our visit was a halfway point to allow our little family to rest, which means we didn’t get to explore Bardstown like most visitors. Some may not consider this location walkable, but we walked into downtown for dinner with a 5-yr-old and a stroller and had no difficulty. The neighborhood was quiet and the house would have been great for a 1-day or several day visit. Visiting Bardstown is on our list, and we’d strongly consider booking this place again for a longer stay.

Allen was a great host, was very informative and gave me clear instructions to any and everything I would possibly need for my stay. The place was perfect for the stay we needed and accommodated us plus more! Highly recommended if you’re staying in the area. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area. we had a wonderful stay the lake was a plus it was very quiet and peaceful and was able to fish. the house was spotless and cozy and felt like you were at home we had several games that we could play inside and outside in the hot tub was also a plus I'm very cool nights..we will be back.. hostess was very helpful easy place to find and we seen many deer

Great experience all around. A relaxing space to return to after “walking” the bourbon trail or enjoying a bluegrass festival.

Well, our group of 9 had an enjoyable time in this home! It was as advertised and extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. Cindy was just the sweetest and most respectful host always available to answer questions or give recommendations. Close to great distilleries and downtown Frankfort with cute shops and dining. The pool and hot tub were clean and working and the home was well stocked with basic necessities. Highly recommended and can't wait to come back!

It was a cute place. The hot tub made it worth while. The area was adorable and everyone was friendly. It was a nice romantic getaway that was needed. The only issue was the TVs kept kicking us off the internet. I messaged Jared about that and he responded quickly. The internet isn’t through him it’s the resort. So the only downside was when it was storming outside we had to watch stuff on our phones using our cellular data due to the internet. I suggest bringing your own internet just in case. But. We can’t wait to go back!

Our stay was amazing! All accommodations were outstanding. It was our home away from home with our family for the entire weekend. Very peaceful, very clean, and a great view! Jeremy, our host, was very helpful and had a quick response to any questions we had. We have already planned to get this beautiful home again when we come back to the lake!

First time staying in a Air B&B and it was a beyond great experience! Will for sure stay here when we come back to visit more distilleries!

Teri was wonderful! The house was super clean, had everything you need plus she provided extras like drinks and snacks. The house is very cozy, ideal for a couple. I would definitely stay here again.

Scott was very responsive when we wanted to drop off luggage early so we could wonder the town. His home is charming and cozy, wish we had booked for a longer stay than just one night. The location is very close to downtown Frankfort that made it walkable to the restaurants, bookstore and parks. Loved all the "extras", tea , grill, and munchies. We will be back! Thank you for a great stay!

This was a genuine camping experience in nature. Our grandchildren loved all the nature but especially the free roaming horses. This is definitely a place to totally unplug. Wonderful and helpful hostess.

We stayed in June and it was a great experience. Everything is as listed and it was very clean. Hosts are exceptional. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood; felt like hm....

We enjoyed our stay at the Tavern. The house was very clean and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the fire pit and hot tub after grilling steaks. The location was excellent for the bourbon trail. We were so close to everything we wanted to do.

Gerald was a wonderful host and responded to any questions I had very quickly! Place was absolutely beautiful and spotless when we arrived. Great restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance!
