Apartment holiday rentals in Frankfort

We stayed here with our friends on Memorial Day weekend and it was great! Perfect location, especially for Bayshore marathon. We would definitely stay here again.

We had originally booked another AirBNB near Frankfort; however, there was a problem with the booking there. We scrambled to find a place nearby, as it was getting later in the day. Corinn at Dala House responded to us immediately and said that there was availability. We were situated and settled within the hour. We were so relieved and pleasantly surprised because the place was so beautiful! It feels like a place which belongs on Mackinaw Island. Everything is new and super clean. The king bed is amazing! The shower….Amazing!! We enjoyed playing cribbage on the porch. The town is small, but has everything you need. We were able to walk across the street to a quaint coffee shop which served very good coffee. The baked goods looked amazing too. We walked to the Mexican restaurant nearby…incredible, authentic food. We were also able to walk to the grocery store and the ice cream shop. We absolutely loved our stay here and we would definitely stay again!

This condo was extremely clean and comfortable for us! The location is central to the entire town, with easy access to downtown, shops and restaurants. The amenities were exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay so much, we asked to extend our visit an extra day! We will definitely come back again, as we plan to be in Traverse City several weeks during the summer and fall.

We stayed at Caroline's place for a long weekend getaway and it was lovely. The home was clean and cozy, we felt like we were in a treehouse with the wooded surroundings and fresh snow fall. It was very peaceful. We loved the wood burning fireplace. There was firewood and starters available in the sheds outside which was very convenient. It's also walking distance to the spa nearby which has a great view of the lake. We hope to come back and visit again sometime!

Great place! We loved the lake and the lake views. I also loved that there was a beach and pontoon boat rentals were on-site!

Dereck & Sarah’s place was one of the best AirBNBs we’ve stayed at! It was so seamless to check in and looked exactly like the pictures. They thought of everything a guest would need so we could easily access anything we forgot to bring. The location was also perfect and was about a 15 minute walk from our wine tour pick up and close to restaurants and coffee shops. It was the perfect location to relax, play games and sleep at after a long day of exploring. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Traverse City!

The place was just as described and had just about everything that you would need if you were at home. Perfect location to restaurants, shops and the lake with beautiful views!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated exactly like the photos, if not better. The location was perfect, close to great local spots and quiet at night. Daniel, our host, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, offering fantastic recommendations for restaurants and hidden gems we wouldn’t have found otherwise. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

Mathew’s place was wonderful and it was so close to the lifts… we loved his cozy slope side chalet! We will definitely book again in the future!

It was very cozy and homey, clean and comfortable! The hosts were very prompt and friendly answering a question that I had prior to reserving it. The instructions were precise and easy to understand. We had a lovely little trip with my husband's elderly parents and it was perfect for the four of us! Thank you!

Really nice condo in a quiet neighborhood. The space fit the description and Brad was very responsive, checking in throughout our stay. Finding an Airbnb that allows pets can be challenging - we traveled with two dogs and felt right at home. The walking trail close by was a bonus. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Elizabeth’s place and was exactly as described- beautiful lake view/sunsets, well-equipped, comfortable beds, and great layout for multi-family (a plus I could bring my pup along)! It was a perfect centralized location to the activities we had planned for Memorial Day weekend (1 hr to Mackinaw City, 1 hr to Traverse City, 10 minutes to Boyne City, 30 minutes to Charlevoix and Petoskey). Elizabeth was very responsive and ensured check-in/check-out went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect location and exactly what we needed. Very quiet. Grounds were beautiful. My only question going in was if the brew pub in the same building would be a distraction but definitely was not. Actually the opposite. We had multiple nice visits there, friendly staff and closes early too. The immediate surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful after 9 PM Saturday night The ability to temporarily pull up to the ground level front door to unload vehicle was handy. So many food and drink options within a few minute walk and great hiking trails right behind building up into hills west of TC were also great. Would stay again for sure. The history of the facility is very interesting and would recommend taking one of the tours available.

Loved our stay! Check-in was super easy and communication was quick. The place was really cute and thoughtfully decorated. Everything was great quality and the kitchen had way more than most Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Loved the little extras like body wash and laundry detergent. The rooftop hot tubs were a nice bonus and got really hot. Parking was fine in our small SUV but could be tight for something bigger. Super quiet and the bed was really comfy. Would definitely stay again!

The property at Boyne is a classic and has maintained a warm place in our memories which we have returned to decades ago after decades. There is history and seasoning in everything which has traveled and joined in our time and hopes every time we attend.

There’s something magical about Shanty Creek. It’s our little escape each year, and this visit was just what we needed. Mornings with coffee, evenings with sunsets—those peaceful balcony views never get old. The space is cozy, calm, and always feels like a gentle pause from the world. It gave us room to breathe, rest, and just be. Cheryl was a fantastic host who communicated with perfect detail and the space was our perfect getaway. We are already dreaming of next year’s visit!

Everything was great, everything was clean, well organized and accurate according to descriptions. The hosts were good to communicate with and made sure we were comfortable and made sure we know they were available for any questions. They also checked in the morning after check- in to make sure everything was going well. Would recommend to anyone looking to travel to the area!

Kara’s place was perfect! My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Very comfortable and clean place, had everything that we needed. From the views and close to everything that we wanted to see. Definitely hope to be back soon!
