What a beautiful, idyllic getaway Susan offers for her guests. A kind welcoming soul who provides a stay that brings you back in history – we had the most lovely time!

We needed a place for our family - 3 couples and 2 young children - to stay for the wedding of our daughter. Sarah's house was great. It had plenty of room for the kids to play inside as it rained a good part of our visit. (Fortunately the rain held off for the wedding.) Sarah provided eggs fresh from her chickens - they were delicious. She also gave us information about local restaurants. We saw wild turkeys walking outside the house. All in all a delightful stay.

Very cute apartment and more than what we needed for a one night stay on a wedding weekend! The downstairs has a charming sitting room and spacious kitchen with fridge, stove, and laundry. The stairs were a bit steep so be cautious! Upstairs a comfy soft bed with window AC and a large bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower. Jennifer was very nice about our last minute request to check in early to change for a 4 PM wedding. We would stay here again if we come back to the area! Thanks so much!

This was a terrific place, just as described. It is less than a half mile from a decent size road and a few miles from towns, but it feels very rural. Katherine had the space well-stocked and clean. She was extremely accessible and a pleasure to interact with.

We stayed here over 4 nights for UMass graduation. The house is in a small town about a 35 minute drive from UMass, and at least compared to the insane prices of hotel and vacation rental places closer in over graduation weekend, this one was reasonably priced. The area is scenic in the summer and the town has a few restaurants including a very reasonably priced diner and a coffee shop. This was the kind of AirBnB where you feel like you are a guest in someone's home, rather than a something used exclusively for rentals by a corporate entity. The house and bedrooms were comfortable and there was a family room that was a great place to unwind. One of the little things that we greatly appreciated was that there was real half-and-half available in the fridge to go with the coffee (and also non-dairy creamers for people who prefer those). The hosts were responsive, the place was clean, and it was a nice stay.

Beautiful home, super clean, cozy, and appointed with everything we needed. Host responded quickly and provided lots of information about the area. Would highly recommend!

Amy's charming, sprawling farmhouse was great for my family members who were in the area for our daughter's wedding. I especially appreciated the flexibility with dates as plans changed and morphed. The house is in a beautiful location and still close to the local towns in the area.

Everything was as described, there were no surprises! The place was just what my family needed. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament at UMASS which was only 15 minutes away. Beautiful area and a beautiful home! Micheal was a great host. Would definitely stay again!

This was my second stay here, and I really enjoyed it both times. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, yet still very close to town, which makes it super convenient. One of my favorite spots is the second-floor porch—it's perfect for reading or just relaxing. Looking forward to coming back again!

Heather's place is amazing...very spacious and was great for my two week stay for work. It really great it is so close to the highway and also local restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Peter and the apartment were great! Peter was super responsive, friendly, and had nice touches like homemade granola with milk and coffee provided. After my original AirBNB fell through at check-in at 6pm, I was relieved (and saved) by Peter’s responsiveness.

We had such a great stay! The house was incredibly comfortable—spacious, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. It felt private and tucked away, but was still just minutes from family on Christian Lane and so many fun local spots. The yard and gardens were absolutely lovely. We visited Tree House Brewery for amazing beer and pizza, made a stop at Tom’s Hot Dogs, and couldn’t resist a trip to Yankee Candle. It was the perfect mix of cozy, quiet, and convenient. We’d absolutely love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was cozy, clean, and cute. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby nature areas. Robin and Bud were great hosts - they were proactive in making sure the place was right for us during the booking process. They were also responsive and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend!

The apartment was great. Very spacious especially for one person. It was super clean and is in an easy relaxed location. Very easy self-check in. They also have some great books to look at !

We Minnesotans felt like we had a true New England experience during our delightful stay at Zachariah House! The decor made us feel like we had dropped into another century, yet we had all the modern conveniences, including cozy beds and delicious coffee. It was perfect for grandparents, parents, and baby.

This is that one-of-a-kind place. Nestled in the woods, unusually designed and arranged house that makes for a unique experience. Plus, Joseph is a most interesting and engaging host. We're so glad we found it.

I had the pleasure of staying at the place owned by Gladys, and it was an unforgettable experience. When I arrived late at night, Gladys came to ensure my comfort and make me feel welcome. She greeted me warmly and even provided a snack, which was a thoughtful touch after a long journey. I was staying at Gladys's place because of my research internship at UMass, and her hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. She genuinely cared about my comfort and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. One of the most memorable gestures was when she brought a Christmas tree to the apartment, adding a festive and cozy touch to the space. The apartment itself was exactly as described. Everything including the kitchen was clean, cozy, well-equipped, and well-maintained. What truly set this accommodation apart was the personal touch that Gladys brought to the experience. Her warmth and hospitality made me feel like more than just a guest; I felt like a valued friend.

Beautiful and very clean space! We had the most wonderful long weekend at Goran's apartment. He was so responsive and super friendly... cannot recommend enough. We will be back!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. The specific house number was a bit difficult to see at night, but we could find it by counting the houses from the main street. Everything inside was great and clean, and Lucia provides several amenities. Perfect for a weekend away! Thank you Lucia!
