Monthly Rentals in Franklin County

We absolutely loved our stay at the loft! Super clean and open space that’s walkable to local restaurants if you want to go out and stocked with kitchen supplies if you’d rather stay in. The master bedroom and bathroom were incredible. Definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay. I decided to have a shirt staycation and this was exactly what I needed. It was clean and extremely comfortable and everything was very walkable.

Simple apartment, immaculately clean and good downtown location (albeit nothing too exciting in surrounding blocks, and a bit gritty). Omnipresent lingering marijuana smoke in the hallway, but not noticeable at all within the apartment. Wifi was a bit difficult to get hooked up with many routers available and instructions to try different passwords for different similarly named devices. Overall great value and comfortable bed and amenities led to a great stay, I would stay again!

Delatierra place was everything that anyone could want who is looking for a very very clean, organized and worth while stay for the price. We visited for the Sonic Temple Music Festival and the location was perfect for the travel. Everything was clean organized and you can tell they care about you having a top tier experience and stay. Would recommend to anyone!
