Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Franklin

Our family was attending a wedding in the area and were very happy with our choice of accommodations. It was perfect for our family with places to gather together or spaces to be apart. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a peaceful and very comfortable place to stay!

Scarlets cottage was beautiful. Easy to find. We felt at home. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated with wonderful antiques (which I love). The kitchen was equipped with everything needed and the bedrooms were very comfortable. My granddaughter loved playing in the backyard. It’s a place I would come back to in the future.

Strongly recommended. Immaculate property in terms of convenience, sense of safety, location, amenities, cleanliness and interior decor. Landscaping is well maintained. We had some special needs, I had to request prior and host accommodated to them. They are responsive to in situ situations and were quick to help on a Sunday. Walking distance from bespoke cafes. Great stay overall

Lovely cottage located in the heart of the historical district! The house is beautifully decorated, and the beds are super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and all the little amenities pushed everything over the top. The house was walking distance to all of the cute downtown shops and restaurants. Check-in and check-out were both simple, and Lauren was a fabulous host. I highly recommend this house if you are traveling to Franklin.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy and comfortable home! The location was perfect if you are visiting the Franklin area and the little towns arounds. The scenic drive to town was amazing!

It was the perfect retreat for a girls trip! The home was as advertised - very well appointed w/ everything we needed & we especially LOVED the rocking chairs on the large front porch & the easily walkable proximity to town! Stacey & Jeremy are wonderful hosts - very friendly & informative. We never needed a thing - but appreciated them checking in w/ us during our stay just to be sure we were all set... (and we have no doubt they would be quick to respond & remedy any need had there been one :) We'd love to return to their comfortable, happy home on a return trip to Franklin & highly recommend it to others.

Debbie was perfect host, and delightful person! She thought of everything anyone would need, plus wonderful homemade goodies. Exceptionally clean and organized apartment; decor was exceptional as well. She was quick to respond to any questions. Emmy Lou, her dog, was a bonus, adorable! The area was peaceful and quiet, lovely wooded neighborhood. We enjoyed our visit and will stay there again.

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

It was a lovely place! The cleaners weren’t quite done by the check-in time, but the place was spotless. Travis and Jody were very communicative, and their detailed instructions for parking, check-in, and check-out were very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Carol and David’s place is in a great location, peaceful, beautiful and a fantastic alternative to your every day hotel stay. Carol made check-in super easy and was very accommodating when my son had to have a new shirt sent to him for a wedding he was in. We highly recommend to anyone that may have the chance to stay here. This was such a wonderful getaway from the noise of the city. The yard and the garden was kept so well. It was absolutely a delight to stay here.

Perfect location close to Vanderbilt and just a 5 minute drive to the action downtown. Quiet neighborhood but right off West End.

The loft was so quiet and cozy. Great location, close to downtown and within 15 mins from Ridley Sports Park. we loved our stay.

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

Shannon’s place was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for a couple days ! Conveniently located (could either walk or a quick 6 min uber/lyft) super close to the airport ! 100/10 would stay here again!

Zac was extremely easy to communicate with, we had no issues during our stay. Check in and check out instructions given were clear and easy! Was a good location with places to eat walkable distance and a close uber drive to downtown/Broadway just like stated in the description!

This place was super convenient to things in town and also the pool was a nice relaxing place to pass the time. Kitchen is small but fully equipped with whatever you might need to cook a meal. Definitely recommend!

It was a perfectly cozy place for us to stay and well stocked with everything we would need. It was also close to downtown Nashville.
