Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Franklin Township

My friend and I came to town to catch a NWSL game in Harrison. This spot was perfect! Walkable to the arena and to Newark Penn. Katie is an amazing host! She was responsive and friendly and helped to make us feel welcome. Her place is beautiful and cool.

I took 5 teenagers and this place was perfect. Little market directly across the street, pizza place the kids walked to each night just a couple doors down, and my favorite, Pabade Bakery! 4.00 ham and cheese croissants for the teens each morning. The Air BnB was perfect, clean, well kept. You could feel love and care was put into the place. The beds were more comfortable than our beds at home. Bus stop at the end of our street. Host was very helpful and responsive. I will say however if you have 2 vehicles you may have trouble finding parking for your second vehicle. They do a 'clean sweep' on each side of the road on Mondays between 1 and 3 and Thursdays 1 to 3. we weren't there to move it for 2 hours and got a ticket. But this is not the hosts fault. Just something to be aware of. I will definitely stay here again when we come back. Thank you Sebastian for an awesome trip.

Very nice place inside. Well furnished with modern decor. Also very convenient to U of Penn and Center City. Guests should realize that this is in West Philly. If you are not comfortable in that environment then you should consider paying for a more expensive place in a more upscale neighborhood.

J's place was spacious, bright and airy, 4 minute walk to the train that took us directly to City Hall-within a few minutes to Ritten House Sq. Fishtown has cute bars and restaurants in walking distance as well.

Let me start of by saying - AMAZING VIEW. Totally worth the amount we paid for our stay....Loved the place, great amenities, beautiful place Would love to come again and stay at this place.

The unit was exactly as shown in the photos. My partner and I were traveling from Toronto, and the entire process was made incredibly smooth from start to finish. Check-in was seamless, and the unit offered more than enough space to comfortably accommodate us. Thank you once again—I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

We had a great time! To our pleasant surprise, breakfast was included. The staff was welcoming. Possibility of going to the rooftop offering a breathtaking view of the New York financial district. The hotel is well served by public transport. We would recommend it without hesitation!

Tawny was a great host. She communicated with me throughout my stay to make sure things went smoothly. Her hospitality is 10/10 and would recommend booking with.

Absolutely loved this place! Very clean and spacious room. Perfect for a long vacation. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Just want to said is a nice house and very clean we had a great time because we love to BBQ and the pool and we BBQ next to the pool it was nice to see the kids from outside the pool we would love to go back next year

Where do I begin with Kings Airbnb? From the time I booked his Airbnb he communicated with me well. Upon arriving to the Airbnb there was lots of parking and easy access to the unit. When you walk into King's Airbnb you are greeted with beautiful Decor in every room. King's Airbnb will definitely be one I will revisit in the near future.

We loved our stay in Helen’s apartment. Location - just far enough away from Times Square - but within walking distance. Lots of amenities close by. The apartment is so very comfortable.

Super cute spot in a great neighborhood—extremely walkable to many restaurants, bars, shops, etc. For Philly it was a relatively good price and an all around good value. We would definitely stay again, especially as the location was near to our good friend!

Jodatur’s place was just as pictured and described, with added touches such as snacks and beverages. Beds, linens, and shower products were all top notch. The garage parking was super safe and convenient! A great option for events in Camden or Collingswood!

Location was perfect and walking distance to beach and town. Condo very clean and had everything you need! Would definitely stay again.

This large classic brick home was just what we needed. We would definitely book it again. And when we needed something the night we checked in, Val made a run to the grocery store and brought it to us, though it was almost midnight. Impressive!

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! This home exceeded my expectations and the expectations of my friends. We were so in awe of the beauty and cleanliness of the home as well as the friendliness of our host. The refrigerator was filled with water, all the bathrooms had toiletries. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back soon. I can't say enough good things about this home and our host.

I had a good stay at this Airbnb. The place was very clean, spacious, and just as described in the listing. One of the biggest highlights for me was the location—it’s super close to MetLife Stadium, which was the main reason for my visit. Mr. Jay was a great host—very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. A couple of things to keep in mind: the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy, especially if you’re planning to walk to nearby food spots or grocery stores. Also, there isn’t private parking due to space, so you’ll need to find street parking in front of the house, which is parallel-style. It wasn’t a big issue, but worth noting. Overall, it’s a solid place to stay if you’re looking for a clean and spacious spot near MetLife with a helpful and responsive host.

Ryan’s place was perfect- great location, clean and updated, plenty of space, our kids LOVED the rooftop area- very cool! Thank you for everything.

Roxanne & Stan’s home is a great place to stay. In an area with many things to do, you won’t feel the need to leave the property — you’ll be fine right there! Our kids had a blast in the pool (even if the weather definitely wasn’t great), and we loved the fire pit and hot tub. The house itself is clean, airy, and exactly what you see in the pictures. We are actually locals, so we know the area quite well. We have seen many of the other rentals as this one is truly a great find. Our hosts were in constant contact with us, even though we honestly didn’t need any assistance because they were so clear in their instructions — but it was great to know they were always there and willing to help if needed. We will definitely consider booking again! Thanks for everything!

Enjoyed our week long stay with our two little kids and dog. The location is great, right next to town and very walkable. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans if you plan to stay in and cook. The host is very easy to get in contact with and answered all our questions quickly. Overall would recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend at Rod's place celebrating our daughter's college graduation. Beautiful home and furnishings. Peaceful and lovely neighborhood. Beds were super comfortable. Rod gave us helpful instructions from beginning to end. Highest recommendation!
