The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

Ideal gelegen, zwischen München und Salzburg ( je 45 Minuten), schnell zu erreichen und doch ruhig und mitten im Wald haben wir unsere alte Werkstatt in eine kleine Wohnung mit Bad und Küche verwandelt. Der Raum ist ca. 45 qm groß, in Lehmbauweise gestaltet und hat ein großes Sitzfenster zum Wald hinaus. Im Außenbereich können unsere Gäste nach Absprache die Feuerstelle und die Gartensauna nutzen. Für Kinder gibt es ein Trampolin, Fußballplatz und Tischtennisplatte.

This lovingly furnished log cabin with its own balcony offers all the comforts you could wish for. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining and living area is designed to accommodate larger groups. The heart of the wooden house is our large masonry stove, which keeps the cabin wonderfully warm and cozy in winter. The cabin is located along the Inn river, just before the Austrian border, giving you quick access to all kinds of mountain sports.
