Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Quiet oasis of well-being | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Our modern and cozy 3-room apartment is located on the east side of Fraueninsel in Lake Chiemsee. Two to max. 4 people can stay in our 70 sqm apartment. Because not only the bedroom with double bed, but also the cozy sofa bed in the living room with separate mattress (140 × 200 cm) offers all comforts. On the large balcony you can overlook Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps. In less than 1 minute you can reach the shared meadow by the lake, with jetty and two sun loungers.

The 120m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor of our house from the 19th century and was renovated and refurbished not so long ago. It can be booked for up to 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms (2 of them with sink in the room), 2 bathrooms (once bathroom/toilet, once shower/toilet with washing machine), a spacious large kitchen (living/dining room with cable TV) and an additional living room with cable TV. The balcony at the bedroom of the main apartment is small but nice!
