Lejligheden består af en dejlig stor lys stue, soveværelse, køkken med spiseplads, gang og badeværelse. Vi har selv renoveret hele lejligheden indvendigt i sommeren 2025. Lejligheden ligger centralt med gå afstand til: Fredensborg station ca. 10 min. Gågaden med butikker, spisesteder og indkøbsmuligheder ca. 15 min. Fredensborg slot med slotspark ca. 20 min. Esrum sø ca. 30 min.
