Cozy house by forest and beach - perfect for relaxation. The house is not newly built or perfect – here and there you will find small flaws that testify to life and history. It may not be luxury, but it's cozy, homey and full of personality. We hope you'll feel as comfortable here as we do. Worth mentioning Walking distance to Louisiana and a short trip to Copenhagen by train or along the beautiful Strandvejen. Garden with trampoline and sun hooks. Dogs allowed - the forest just outside is a dog forest.

Golf, Beach, Gourmet and Louisiana art museum

The house is very central to village, 8 mins walk from train station, 45 mins by train from Copenhagen Airport, 30 mins by car to CPH, in the countryside, but only a short walk to: beaches, forest, bakery, shops & supermarkets, restaurants (pizzaria, gourmet: "Sletten" in the old harbour) cafe's and cinema. Easy walking to Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, Karen Blixen Museum (Rungsted), close to Kronborg and Fredensborg castle (The Queens summer residence) or go by ferry to Sweden on a daytrip.

Gæsteboligen på 90 kvm, er en seperat del af vores hus. Vi bor selv i resten af huset. Altså AirBnB med god samvittighed. Gæsteboligen består af 2 soveværelser med dobbeltsenge og stort opholdsrum, badeværelse og mindre køkken. Er velegnet til familie med børn, 2 vennepar på tur eller forretningsrejsende, alle som gerne vil opleve Nordsjællands natur, slotte, og museer, fx Louisiana og Simons Golf. Masser af plads inde og ude. En dobbeltseng kan deles til 2 enkeltsenge. Vi har også barneseng

House Nordic Style/Design

Familievenlig og stilfuldt hus i lys nordisk stil med kunst, bøger og god atmosfære. Køkken med alt tilbehør, stue med sovesofa og adgang til gårdhave samt et toilet. På 1. sal der der 3 værelser og et badeværelse med toilet. Et værelse (er ikke afbildet) bruger jeg til mine private ting. 2 Senge = 180x200 cm. Egnet til en familie på 2 voksne og 1-2 børn eller 3 voksne. Ligger i stille og roligt område - vigtigt at man tager hensyn til naboer i forhold til larm osv. Ingen fester tilladt.

Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig med masser af plads både inde og ude. 3 værelser med plads til 6 personer samt en sovesofa i den ene stue med plads til 2 personer. Ydeligere et nyrenoveret værelse i kælder med gulvvarme med plads til 2. Boligen ligger centralt med kort afstand til by, slotspark og Esrum sø. Grill og pizzaovn, samt lækre loungemøbler på den store terrasse. Gåafstand fra Fredensborg Slot og slotspark. Swimmingpool på 8x4x1,5 med saltvand og varmepumpe for opvarmning.

Welcome to our holiday haven where you can relax and enjoy the ocean views while you make yourself at home with all of the modern amenities that you need. The master bedroom opens up to a terrasse overlooking the sea. In addition, there are two kids rooms and an extra bedroom with a double bed. There are three bathrooms, all including a shower. There is a spacious private beach with a private bathing jetty and furniture for dining, lounging and enjoying your day at the waters edge.

Sunny villa close to the beach & forest

The house is perfect for a couple or a family of 4/5 (a baby as an extra) The garden has lots of good spots for relaxation and sun bathing. For kids we Swings & a playhouse. And of course there is a barbecue. There is also a pizza oven when it’s summer. The house is close to the station, and Copenhagen is only 30-40 min away by train. The beach and the forest is really near. Espergærde has one of the best beaches. We have a SUP board you can rent.

Cozy thatched fisherman's house with sea and harbor views

Super nice and bright little fisherman's house with a unique location opposite the cozy harbor in Sletten, Humlebæk. The place is idyllic with thatched houses and farm roses. The house is located 50m from the harbor and 200m to the nearest beach. Restaurant Sletten and a small popular fish shop are located at the harbor. In addition, it is about 2 km to Louisiana and direct train connection from Humlebæk to Helsingør (10 min) and Copenhagen (30 min).

Family friendly home in seaside town

Enjoy the summer in the seaside town of Espergærde. Our 220 sqm house is 600m from the beach and it has a garden full of flowers and home grown vegetables for picking. The house is light and airy and a colourful version of the Scandinavian style :) We have three boys under 11 so there are an abundance of toys both indoors and outdoors.
