Secluded along the banks of the Slippery Rock Creek is the 4th generation family cottage, fully renovated in 2017, originally built in 1940. Descend the 45 steps to the cottage and find “there’s no place like (a 2nd) home”. From the wraparound deck you may see geese, deer, bald eagles, osprey, beaver, great blue heron and ducks. This space has a full bathroom and kitchen. Washer/dryer. WiFi/TV, free parking, private entrance. BRAND NEW Full size bed w/ Twin trundle. Centrally located. Close to 376, cranberry, 10 cracker plant, Aliquippa industrial park, airport, beaver Power plant. My husband and I live upstairs with our toddler and two dogs. Your space is completely closed off from the upstairs with its own private entrance. We are available if you need anything but will not bug you.

Studio is furnished with full size bed, pull out couch, air conditioner, refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave, & keurig + coffee pot. TV has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, & Cable. Other apps available to login. Approx 650 sq ft. Private parking and entrance. Fire pit available as well for use in the fall and summer upon request. No pets. No laundry hookup, but laundromat close by.
