Modern, bright & centrally located apartment on Lake Starnberg: The 2-room apartment on 2 floors (ground floor & basement) with cozy south-west terrace (no garden!), newly renovated (03/24). The apartment "Hektor" is located in a beautiful residential area and is at the same time very well connected. It is ideally located at the gates of Munich & is therefore a perfect starting point for all the sights in M. and on the edge of the Bavarian Alps. Hiking & ski resorts easy to reach. Dogs welcome!

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Conveniently located stylish oasis

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

Great apartment with terrace and large garden

This newly equipped, modern apartment with more than 100 square meters of living space is located in a two-family house with a large terrace and very large garden. The apartment is located in the idyllic village of "Maria Thalheim". There you will find a baker (with daily necessities), a butcher and an Italian restaurant with beer garden in the immediate vicinity. In summer, the natural swimming lake (walking distance) invites you to swim and relax.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

My place is close to the thermal spa Erding (15 min. The city park with petting zoo is in the immediate vicinity. Munich Airport is 15 minutes away. The old town of Erding with good shopping facilities, cozy inns with good bourgeois or restaurants fine cuisine can be reached on foot in 20 minutes..The accommodation is well suited for couples and families. Your four-legged family members are also welcome.

Dear travelers, my place can accommodate up to 7 to 8 people. The apartment offered has on its first floor a kitchen with all dishes, a small bathroom with shower, a seating area with TV, beds and a small dining area. There are more beds on the upper floor. Outside there is a terrace with a small garden and fence suitable for dogs. The entire property is located on a property with a small farm.
