Owners live in attached house and will be as available as you need, or not if you are looking for privacy. Our home and the attached apt. are located on 3 acres surrounded by trees. We are 20 minutes to Appleton and Oshkosh and about 50 minutes to Green Bay. We are also 7 miles from downtown Fremont and the Wolf River known for it's fishing and boating activities.

Excellent watersports, 20 min up river to Partridge Lake/Fremont, 20 min down river to Lake Poygan. This is the perfect place to stay for EAA! We are located on the South shore of 900 Acre Partridge Lake, which is connected to the famous Wolf River. Community shared with all 3 cabins for our guests to use during their stay: 2 SUP boards, 5 Kayaks, Canoe, 5 bikes. We do have an 8 passenger pontoon for rent for a daily fee. Sorry, No pets allowed. No exceptions. Please do not ask.

Couldn't have asked for a better location and excellent house. Everything was as good as promised and loved the ample amount of firewood for use. Perfect view of the river and extremely private peaceful setting. I would highly recommend this property and definitely planning on booking here again 😀

Had a great time here. The property is tucked away right against the river. Great views from the kitchen. Neighbors were a little closer than anticipated and the living room ceiling is a little low. Nice kitchen and good about amount of sleeping space. Hosts were very responsive, friendly and helpful.

I felt very welcome and was given excellent and detailed ideas for my visit and for what I was looking for in my first experience in Wisconsin. Cozy place, safe neighborhood and very close to good diners and nice stores. Worth the value and I’d come again for more calm and nice vibes.
