Monthly Rentals in Frenchmans Bayou

Great host. Very accommodating. They took our reservation with only about 12 hours notice from their check in time (we got there much later). We took a trip to Memphis over the weekend with our motorcycle. It was no more than 10 minutes to downtown Memphis. Beautiful home. 2 spacious bedrooms. Gorgeous kitchen. Spacious living room with a table to sit and eat for 4. Perfect for a small family. It is a nice area that is incredibly peaceful. It was PERFECT for what we needed. We will be staying here again next year when we go down to Memphis. Only thing I will say is we came down to ride our motorcycle and the drive is gravel. If you aren’t an EXPERIENCED rider this may not be a great place for you. But the gravel is packed down quite a bit so we had no issues. Plenty of parking for our truck and trailer.

We love Tom’s cottage. This is our 2nd time staying here and would definitely stay again when we’re in Millington for a baseball tournament. It’s just a 10 min drive to the front gate of the USA baseball complex. We enjoy the privacy of the cottage and the place is well stocked with everything you need. Tom is an excellent host and very helpful. When we arrived it felt like home and we appreciate that. Can’t give enough praise about this spot.

Larry was very accommodating with my 81 year old father. My father was moving from Memphis to Tipton County and had a week before his new apartment. Family didn’t have a space in our homes due to stairs, so we reserved Larry’s apartment. It was perfect. My father enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings and the ease in which he could move from room to room with his “Rollator.” If we have family or friends who come for a visit, we would definitely recommend Larry’s space. Larry and Phyllis were very kind.

Amazing space with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Nice and clean.
