The entrance is independent, overlooking the garden with private terrace. We can meet your needs through proximity while preserving the privacy you need. Designed for 2 adults with a child up to about 2 years old. Free parking in an outdoor parking lot nearby.

Atypical house right on the water

In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!

We live in a small village near Chartres and its cathedral (8km), at 12km from Maintenon and its castle, and 1 hour from Paris. Walking/cycling trails and pilgrimage paths start literally 2 min from our place. It's quite and cosy here and the cabbin is completely independant from the main house. Moreover, we are located at 6km from the aquatic complex "Odysée", which is the biggest in Europe.
