Save neighborhood, easy parking, few minutes walking to Renfe station, from there, less than 30 minutes, you will be in Madrid central. Good option for short or long stay. Recommended.

Very nice enclave, more than a development (it is called the "Marias"), it looked like a forest with houses placed in the middle. We loved the location. The house, the room and its atmosphere are as shown in the photos. Cozy home full of floral decorations, being there was like being "submerged" in a sea of trees, nature, flowers..... Santiago is attentive, approachable and very friendly, we really appreciate his character and attention, although we could talk a little in person he was always available. Access to the house is easy, with parking around, the room is clean and cozy, with a large bathroom for exclusive use. And everything is super quiet, no noise, just the wonderful singing of the birds around. A good experience, and highly recommended. Thank you

Laura is charming, very kind and proactive. We arrived earlier than planned in the area and he was very flexible to adjust the times and be able to check in early. The area is very quiet and safe, perfect for resting. The room and bathroom are impeccable and the common areas are very comfortable, with everything you need to prepare something quick at home and have a good coffee. It's very easy to find parking in front of the house. We would definitely come back!
