La location se situe à Schiltigheim Ouest à 10 min du centre ville de Strasbourg à vélo ou en bus (arrêt ligne C9 à 3 min à pied). Elle est à proximité de commerces et de services publics. Le linge de maison est fourni. Une cuisine, une salle de bain et une buanderie sont mis à disposition. La terrasse du 1er étage est également accessible.
