The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

The property is idyllically located in a valley with lots of forest in Saldenburg in the Bavarian Forest, only 25 km away from Passau. The apartment is 70 square meters and can accommodate up to 7 people. It includes a bedroom for 2 and a bedroom for 3 people, a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room, a bathroom, 1 balcony and a fully equipped small kitchen. For our little ones, we offer a petting zoo, pony rides and a playground. Guests with dogs are welcome.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.
