It is located on a sunny slope, only 5 km from the ski center Zadov - Churáňov. It offers beautiful views of the surroundings and a huge garden that provides privacy. Apartment Churáňov is modernly furnished and fully equipped with a fireplace, large 120m2 for 6+2 people, ideal for 2 families with children. Around the house is a large fenced garden with a sauna. The center with shops is a 10-minute walk, there is also a pharmacy in the village.

This wonderful place has its own charm. The old Schusterhaus has been lovingly renovated and partially rebuilt. Externally, the listed building remained as it was built in 1878. However, the interior of the residential building is adapted to contemporary needs and furnished in the modern country style. On the ground floor are the kitchen, parlor and modern bathroom. On the first floor are the two bedrooms and the dressing room.
