Our cozy vacation home (55m2) is located directly on/on the water. From the terrace/living room you look out freely over the harbor where there is always something to do. From the roof terrace you have a fantastic view of the whole lake (De Fluessen) and in the distance Heeg. The Koggeplaet is a small quiet park. It has a beach and a boat slope. A paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and peace seekers. Within walking distance is an eatery, boat rental and 2 sailing schools.

The village of Uffelte is located in the municipality of Westerveld, around which are the cozy villages of Havelte, Dwingeloo and Diever.

Unique views from your apartment and terraces. The large terraces on three sides of the house are all yours, so you can always find a space in the sun or in the shade. The west side has an amazing view of the IJsselmeer, the other sides have excellent views too. Two small beaches at walking distance. Free Wifi. In high season arrival and departure is only possible on Fridays (exception: June 28th). In low season it's also possible to book periods of minimum 3 days.

Knus en comfortabel tiny house nabij de Friese Meren, omringd door paarden, ooievaars en scharrelende kipjes. Hier kun je heerlijk relaxen in de nieuwe sauna, wandelen, fietsen, of huur een bootje. Ik vertel je graag mijn lievelingsplekjes in de buurt. Van leukste horeca-tentjes aan het water tot de mooiste zwemplekjes. Sauna en ijsbad zijn niet bij de prijs inbegrepen en worden apart afgerekend. Prijs €25 voor 4 uur. Update 14 mei: hottub is helaas weg.
