Experience living in a nature conservation site in our 2 bedroom Maple lodge. Perfect for all the family to enjoy with the added benefit of your very own hot tub and outdoor seating area. Watch dawn rising over the nearby woodland, sit by an open fire as dusk bird chorus begins or step out at night to see the canopy of stars overhead . Children can let loose on our adventure play area (complete with jumping pillow) , or go bird spotting or hunting for bugs in our secluded and spacious grounds.

Lake view lodges Long Melford (Melford)

Our lodges are fully insulated. Have double glazing. Central heating. Perfect for all year round. Both lodges sleep upto 6 guests. They are well equipped with en-suite. television. Sofa and full kitchen inside. We are surrounded by lovely countryside. But also only a 10 minute walk into Long Melford. Which has lots of pubs and restaurants. The lodges are our own design. You will not find anything like them in the country. Totally unique. You can fish the lake. Or swim in it.

Woodpecker Self Catering Holiday Lodge

Squirrel and Woodpecker are two self catering purpose built holiday lodges set in 4 acres of private ground (if Woodpecker isn't available, please check Squirrel). Each lodge will sleep a maximum of 2 guests using a double bed. Each lodge has it's own private patio/alfresco dining area and allocated parking space. Situated a few miles outside of the town of Ipswich in the rural village of Coddenham it's the ideal venue for a well earned holiday/break.

The Cart Lodge

This rustic self contained apartment situated above a Cart Lodge. Accessed by steps (they are quite steep so probably not suitable for someone infirm), it is one large room with a king size bed, a lovely wood burning stove (wood provided), a well equipped kitchen area with dining table and chairs, a sofa and large TV/dvd/radio/cd. There is a small shower room at the end. There are a selection of DVDs and magazines for your use. There is no WiFi.

Countryside Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with direct access to a hot tub, garden and outdoor dining area. You will have the whole log cabin to yourself set within the back garden of the owner's adjacent home which is located in the beautiful setting of Constable country. Ideally suited for people that want to get away for a bit of peace and quiet or to do some walking, cycling and visit local historic sites.
