The house has a beautiful, large garden, with terrace and balcony. It is very idyllically located by a stream. Opposite are only meadows and the edge of the forest. Mönsheim: Located in the middle of the picturesque Heckengäu - protected, some say "a little hidden," in the romantic Grenzbachtal. The outdoor swimming pool is within walking distance of the house. Shops for everyday needs can be found in the town center, including a café in the mill shop. It is only minutes to the A8 highway connection.

A kitchen with dining / work space, a cozy living room and a bedroom with queen size bed are inviting to relax. The large property with forest, meadow and a small river offer cozy spaces for shared use. Parking is free. Despite the idyllic location, the following are within easy reach: shops and restaurants 4km, Pforzheim 13km, A8 10km, Porsche 16km and Bosch campus 17km.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).
