This exclusive apartment offers comfort & top-tier amenities in one of the most central and safe spots in town. The apartment is located in a well-maintained, residents-only building with an elevator. There are no neighbors on the same floor, giving you maximum peace and discretion. An underground parking is available in the building for an additional €20 per day.

A cosy, charming studio ready to welcome you for your stay in Luxembourg! Located in Hesperange, a nice town in the Alzette river valley, surrounded by green spaces, just a short bus ride away from Luxembourg City. All the essentials are available (bed linen, towels, soaps, etc.), a sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower. Note that the attic is on the third floor, there is no elevator, and the access is via a narrow staircase that can be seen in the photos.

Néanmoins, vu le caractère central de l'appartement, un véhicule n'est pas nécessaire. Possibilité de louer un garage box fermé.

The bus station is just in front of the house.

Important: There is no possibility to register in local commune during your stay. Address is blocked for this purpose as it's short term stay. In case of prolongation/ longer term stay a regular contract with registration is optional. It's located in a newly renovated duplex. It’s on the top floor and separated from the rest of the apartment which guarantees you privacy.
