Stylish, renovated old building apartment in the heart of the old town of Freising, 5 min to the train station with bus connection to Munich Airport and S-Bahn/ train connection to Munich city center. The apartment is in the middle of the old town in a barely busy alley with a separate entrance. The apartment was renovated in 2018 with soundproof windows, new heating, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Full kitchen equipped with fridge, two hotplates, coffee maker, kettle and cooking utensils.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

From the balcony, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the well-kept Mediterranean garden due to the location on the outskirts. Kastl is a typical Upper Bavarian village between Altötting and Burghausen. It has its own train station and has access to the public transport network.

The apartment is located in a commercial area. My neighbors are craft businesses. Therefore, it can occasionally be noisy from 7 am.
