Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Fruita

I enjoyed my stay, the apartment was charming and decorated nicely. The area was surprisingly quiet. I found the kitchen easy to be able to cook in. It had everything I needed.

What a great place! The loft had everything I needed to make a work trip feel like home. Great location with easy parking & a very comfy bed! I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

I had an amazing stay at Kevin's place! The apartment was incredibly clean, and the location was perfect for exploring downtown. Kevin was also very responsive and helpful, providing me with great local recommendations. I'll definitely be back!

Great place. Large shower. Kitchen well equipped. The walk to downtown is pleasant along Main Street that is shaded by old trees. Cathryn was responding quickly. All in all we had a very comfortable stay.

My grandsons and I enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be able to walk to eat. Parking was great and the retro look had its own charm taking me back to my younger days. The area was quite and peaceful. We would definitely stay again. Sam G

My stay at Ryan’s place was a great experience! The location cannot be beat - access to parks, downtown, and additional shopping was extremely easy. You can definitely experience the best of Grand Junction from this location. The space is really cute and made me feel at home. It was actually bigger than I expected! The kitchen had everything I needed, enough linens available, and the bedroom and living room were very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy and clear. I would highly recommend a stay here and will look to book again for future trips to Grand Junction (I just love the town and everything outdoors around it)

We stay at Airbnbs often, so when I say this property is outstanding, it really means something. This darling guest house is on a beautiful ranch with stunning views and room to wander. It's so well appointed with fun extras like a fire table (with skewers to make s'mores!), yummy flavored syrups for your morning coffee, cozy blankets and pillows, a spectacular shower (we already miss it! ) :)...and extremely responsive and friendly hosts. The unit is attached (though separate) to the main house, but still very private. The front porch adds a whole other "room". Don't hesitate to book with Jo Dee if you need a place to stay in Fruita (an adorable Western Slope town!) or you'll really miss out. Thank you!

Great stay! Cute, clean, comfortable house in a private area outside of town looking out over a peach tree field. Super quiet area and we got to watch a great sunset. Plenty of amenities, they even left us some eggs for breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

It was like staying at your Aunt's home, cozy, and lovely, and in a location that's an easy communte in all directions. We will absolutely stay here again since it was a perfect space for us!

My three grandsons and I made it fine though they are almost grown men. We made it work. in the one bedroom bunk beds would have been better for them but we enjoyed our stay very much. Everything that we needed was there and available. LaVerne was great to communicate with me. I would give her place a 4.9 only because of the one bed issue for us. Sam G.

From the moment we walked in we felt welcome and right at home! This place is so comfortable and cozy and decorated so cute, not one detail left overlooked. So many thoughtful touches in every room. The backyard is so inviting! We were able to walk to restaurants and shops easily. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This peach of a farmhouse is truly a hidden gem! We have been multiple times and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Palisade. Julie as always is the perfect host everything is in order and as advertised. Great find and even better peaches!

Cassandra’s place is cute, quiet and close to all the restaurants and shops of Fruita. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at her place! The bed is comfy which was such a treat after a fun filled day of mountain biking and hiking and yoga!

Fantastic place. The location is great (especially if you’re out for the kokopelli trail) but we were dirt biking in rabbit valley and it’s a quick 15 minute drive. The house had everything you need, and many things you didn’t know you wanted (the power washer and easy access to the garage/game room). If we come to ride this area again this will be the first place we check.

Nicely set up, comfortable, quiet apartment right in the downtown area. Comfortable bed, good a/c, well set up kitchen. Walking distance to the river path. Easy drive to the Colorado National Monument. The hosts were prompt and helpful with their communications. The apartment is above a restaurant and during the day I could hear some noise from there, but not bad. During the night the place was quiet for sleeping. The downtown area has lots of places to eat and drink, and good shops. There are no major grocery stores downtown, but only a 10-15 minute drive to major stores. All in all I had a nice stay in the apartment.

We loved staying at Geoff’s place! It was very easy to find and to get in. It was clean and had everything we needed including clothing detergent which was a plus. It is located on a busy street, but that didn’t bother us. The bed in the main bedroom is also quite firm so something to keep in mind if that’s not your thing.

We had SUCH a great stay at Kelly's place! We were visiting Grand Junction for the first time, and were so happy with our choice to stay here--we LOVED how walkable everything was. The downtown area was so cute, and fun to walk around, and we loved being able to do that just a block away from where we were staying. Kelly is super-responsive, and we SO appreciated how clean the whole unit was. I definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area. We would absolutely stay again!!

Amazing place! We loved it so much. It was very clean and cute. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Janell and Mike were super responsive and helpful with the checking and check- out. Overall lovely place and wonderful hosts.

We stayed two months here and have lots of good things to say about it: super close to the hospital which is what we were there for. Lots of amenities and very comfortable furniture. Very fast response to a small issue we had - took care of it within hours! It was surface clean but I did do some deep cleaning when I got there because the busy traffic on the street right beside the house just passes some grime onto the floors, blinds and seldom cleaned surfaces and that’s mostly because we had a toddler with us that loves to crawl around the floors and stick fingers into everything. There is a main thoroughfare immediately beside the house so traffic noise is constant no matter the time of day or night but most people probably wouldn’t notice if they don’t live way out in the country like I do. Otherwise I highly recommend this house and the rental company that care for it. Stellar folks.

We loved our stay here! We were in the area to do road cycling and we could access the Colorado National Monument and the river trail easily from the condo. The space was comfortable and clean, and a great place to rest and recharge after biking!

Absolutely perfect stay. A short business trip, 4 nights. All of what you need - great wifi, very comfortable beds, good quality Keurig coffee (I usually HATE Keurig, but they had high quality pods which actually were good), entirely remodeled unit, very clean and cared for. The outside of the unit is incredibly unassuming and you walk into a very beautifully designed and cared for property. The road noise in some reviews is true (however the main road is over a block away and it's not loud), however as a light sleeper, I had no issues or wake events. Will definitely stay here again.
