Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

The semi-detached house is located in the most attractive location in Lipno, 150m from the Windy Point beach and the Černá v Pošumaví Yacht Club. In front of the house is the largest water area in the Czech Republic, offering exceptional conditions for water sports such as Windsurfing, SUP, yachting, kiting, kayaking. The place is a perfect spot for cycling and hiking trips to Lipno and Český Krumlov. In winter, it is a great spot for skating on frozen Lipno, snow kiting, cross-country skiing and visiting the nearby ski resorts of Lipno, Frymburk and Hochficht.

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

Romantic cottage in seclusion

A romantic summer on the farm Romantic accommodation in a secluded location in nature, just a few minutes from the town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The mini house is near a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surrounding area is ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, and hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here you can visit Rožmberk Castle or go rafting on the Vltava River in the summer months.

The picturesque nature of the Šumava region, right on the shores of Lipno, offers relaxation in apartment A121, which is part of the Molo Lipno Resort project. A modern and cozy apartment with its own infrared sauna in the bathroom will simply delight you. It has two bedrooms. The Resort includes a 150-meter-long wooden observation pier (the longest inland pier in Central Europe), a fine dining experience restaurant MOLO Lipno or a grill bar on the pier and promenade, where there will be a number of smaller Alpine-style shops and a café and bistro.

Panorama House Lipno is located in the area of Karlovy Dvory, 3km from the village of Horní Planá for shopping opportunities. Swimming in the Lipno Reservoir at a distance of 750m.

And if one pond wasn't enough for you, 100 meters to the southwest you'll find another pond in the middle of the wilderness.
