Unsere Unterkunft verfügt über ein Bett, eine Schlafcouch, ein Bad, eine Küche mit Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und diversen Küchenutensilien. The apartment-sunny side is located on the southern slope on the outskirts of Fuldatal Simmershausen. It is a whole apartment (approx. 72 square meters) with balcony (approx. 12 square meters) on the 2nd floor. From the apartment and balcony you have a wonderful distant view to the landmark of Kassel, "the Hercules." The center of Kassel can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Bus stops (buses run every 15-20 minutes) can be reached in 5 minutes.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
