Mariela is a very friendly and hard-working hostess. She was always really quick to get in touch with. The apartment is beautiful and everything you need is available. Very clean and the intermediate cleaning was also great. We can only recommend the property.

The accommodation was beautifully located in a very quiet location with a breathtaking view. Everything was clean and furnished with love so that you can only feel comfortable from the first moment. It had everything you need, we also loved the many kitchen utensils and the grill, which we used every day. The terrace with whirlpool, lounge, loungers and table were the highlight. We spent a lot of time in the accommodation because we felt so comfortable. Calheta beach is 5 minutes by car and highly recommended. We also found the private parking lot great. Bruno and Maria are very accommodating and also asked how we are and if we need anything. The location was perfect for us, very quiet, lots of privacy and yet we can get everywhere by car. We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very cozy and had everything we needed. Great view! The city is incredibly beautiful, with so much to explore and enjoy. Claudia also provided a very detailed guide that made everything so easy – from getting around to finding the best local spots. Highly recommend!!

Very good location for exploring Funchal with only a 5-10 walk to the shops and restaurants in the centre. Very spacious for the 4 of us and great views from the balcony. Nice local bakery next door, worth a visit for breakfast.

Beautiful apartment nestled in the village of Jardim Do Mar. Had it not been for finding this AirBnB, we probably would not have found the area, but thankfully we did and got to experience the peaceful and calming village. Check in was really simple and was a matter of messaging Germano once arriving at the location. Germano’s dad is on hand and was the person who checked us in - he is very friendly. The apartment is a great value to say you have an almost private pool (shared with the apartment next door). We were given a bottle of red wine, a bowl of fresh fruit and a Poncha was ordered for us at the local bar, all were nice touches and made our stay feel special. I would definitely recommend the apartment!

A nice and clean apartment with a very nice view - we had a great stay :) Tip: drive up the road to the house from above as it is very steep and narrow - the parking space is not for big cars😉

Fantastic place at a great price. So many spaces to enjoy. Pristine condition. We really enjoyed the local restaurants and bars up the hill, amazing atmosphere. Very close to main roads so day trips are easy. Carlos was the perfect host, so many local recommendations and information. He was flexible when we wanted to check in some hours earlier than agreed. All the different keys were a bit confusing but otherwise loved the place.

spacious accommodation, tastefully decorated. perfectly equipped (kitchen, TV, washing machine!) the terrace is really extraordinary with its ocean view. the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. it's a place we recommend for a stay in Madeira!

Were at Jorge's place for a week in the low season. We felt right at home from the beginning and were warmly received. The place was very nice and the contact with Jorge was great. We were supplied with delicious fruits. The amenities of the accommodation are above average and swimming in the pool is a lot of fun. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Beautiful, peaceful and spacious outdoor area for a wonderful Madeira stay! Out of the hustle and bustle of the beach towns and nestled in your private oasis but still within a few minutes of snack bars, groceries and trails! Thank you Hugo!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Carlos explained us exactly how to arrive, even sent a short video. The communication was simple and reliable. The views from the house are magnificent and it's a perfect place if you want to stay away from hotel areas and touristic crowds . Recommended!

We spent a week at the accommodation and it couldn't have been better. The location is, as described, a bit outside the city of Funchal, but we also wanted that. Here you have your peace and can start the day on the balcony. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you needed. Check-in & out was easy and straightforward. The location was great for daily excursions around the island. We usually went into the city with Bolt (8-10 € for a route). We never used buses. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and the view is really a dream. Only the bed could have been a little more comfortable, it was quite hard. Otherwise a great place to stay!

Stephanie was a great host, super responsive and very flexible with us which was really helpful. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning and it is a huge space, really great for groups or families travelling together.

An ecological, modern and comfortable apartment in a beautiful and sunny area of Madeira. The accommodation in front of the ocean, equipped with every comfort - including private parking, which is a plus in Madeira - and attention to the smallest details made our stay perfect.
