Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The bright, approx. 25 sqm basement apartment can be ideally used as a craftsman's/fitter's accommodation. The small kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and offers plenty of storage space. The bed can be used as a double bed, as well as the pull-out couch. The washing machine is in the bathroom (with window). The TV is exclusively equipped with Apple TV (no satellite reception) and can be used with, for example, Netflix (own account necessary).

Our apartment is on the 1st floor in a quiet but centrally located residential area in Dachau. It is very spacious (1 bedroom and 1 living room/bedroom). For 5 people or more, we open another bedroom in the attic of the house. Our apartment has its own roof terrace. Munich is easily accessible via the nearby train station (approx. 12 minutes). But Dachau and its surroundings are also worth seeing. Shops serving everyday needs are nearby.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

As a couple or family, you will be very comfortable in this spacious and unique space. The place is located in a spacious wooden house in the back of the house. In the outdoor area or garden there are three different sunny places to stay. You can cycle to Lake Ammersee within 25 minutes, have the S-Bahn train towards Munich at your doorstep and many excursion destinations nearby. The house itself is inhabited by Wilma and her sons.
