A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). Ich biete mein teilrenoviertes Haus zur Miete an. Das Haus liegt ruhig an einer Seitenstraße. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Puchheim erreicht man in unter 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Zur Stadtmitte / München Marienplatz braucht man ca. 30 Minuten. Ein privater Autostellplatz ist Verfügbar. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer im OG. Im EG gibt es ein Gäste WC, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Wohnzimmer, welches aber gerade noch renoviert wird.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

As a couple or family, you will be very comfortable in this spacious and unique space. The place is located in a spacious wooden house in the back of the house. In the outdoor area or garden there are three different sunny places to stay. You can cycle to Lake Ammersee within 25 minutes, have the S-Bahn train towards Munich at your doorstep and many excursion destinations nearby. The house itself is inhabited by Wilma and her sons.
