Nice affordable location in a quiet part of Tokyo. Well equipped for long-term stays. The train is about a 10 minute walk. Conbini about an 8 minute walk. Ride three stops to get to Shibuya. I would stay again.

I booked this place on behalf of a visitor for a month long business trip and it was perfect. The neighborhood is packed with things to do, yet peaceful and clean, without the overwhelming noise and grit of a main city like Shibuya or Shinjuku. Living up to its title as a hipster town, there are also a handful of gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan places, which was very helpful for our visitor's dietary restrictions. The apartment itself is small and cozy and perfect for someone who is out for most of the day and just needs a comfortable place to come home to and do their laundry and cook simple meals. We had a bit of trouble getting inside, but Yasutaka was quick and responsive. The only thing was that the instructions regarding how to throw out the trash were not clear. Otherwise, great review overall!

We had a very good stay. There was a convenience store nearby, which was convenient, and there was also a nice cafe. I was grateful that there was a bathroom dryer.

Exciting rustic accommodation in a non-touristy residential area. On a building right next door you can always visit the roof terrace, where there is a lot of seating and a beautiful wide view. From the property you are in Shinjuku within 40 minutes. A few grocery stores are also within walking distance. Kaz is a very friendly and open host.
